Horrible customer service. Sent me faulty products I was forced to make my reservoir work in a pinch. I had reached out to customer service and they were silent, so I replaced my reservoir unhappily and expensively and threw away the faulty one since customer service was not responding. Fast forward another week and customer service finally gets ahold of me to basically tell me that it's my problem not theirs. Horrible customer service and low quality products for the price point. Will not be a returning customer. Would give negative stars if I could, almost 1k wasted.

growace good prices great product line, the air cube ebb n flow system really speeds up grow time. Iwill let the pics. do the talking they were seeds dec. 26 here we are 8 weeks and there OVER 80 inches allmost 2 inches a day. try that in dirt.

Spoke with Alvin online and he was great and answered all of my questions and also left me more knowledgeable about the product that I was inquiring about . Alvin was Fast to respond , knowledgeable about the product and overall had great communication and attitude . Great customer service on Alvin’s part!!!!

Not only does this company offer great products. There customer service stands behind what they sell. I had a small issue with part of my order and Alvin made it right immediately. Will def do business with them again. Highly recommend this company.

Avoid this site. Recommend buying somewhere else.One of my items was sent back to the shipper. I contacted and they told me that they would reship it once they received the package. No update from them for a while, so I contacted them and told me that they just received the item on that Morning and would be shipped out next day or soon. Again no update from them, so I contacted them again and told me that the item would be shipped next day. Again there is no update from them.Why do you keep telling me that you would make it right when you do nothing?

This business is completely unable to process a return for me. I'm an electrical contractor that deals with purchasing large amounts of materials for jobs and sometimes need to return items. Customer service keeps saying they are working on it.... It has been about 1 year now and they are unable to supply me with an RMA. In stark contrast to their stated policy. Satisfaction is not guaranteed. Buyer beware.
