I took my granddaughter and myself for a massage. We were asked if we needed to use the restroom . We did. But Jen, told my gdaughter... next time use the restroom before your appt... and also told her hurry up and get dressed. We arrived 20 minutes early to check in. My guy Andrew was awesome

For $150, this was the worst massage I've ever had. Save your money, folks, this place is a rip off! The Chinese massage places do better than this place does. Not even a bottle of water after the so-called massage.

I love this location at Brea. It is beautiful, relaxing, conveniently located, clean, top notch management and front desk staff. Great communication and appointment confirmation and check in system. They have attentive and caring therapists that put your mind and body at ease. Amazing deep tissue massages and himalayan salt scrubs, too!

Wanted to treat my mother, she was so unhappy the masseuse was talking the whole time and not make for a relaxing massage and that was our first time, so not a good impression , and its too awkward to say Hey Masseuse Stop talking I'm here for relaxation , but would she already know that? Mom said she wont go back.

I live near the Cerritos location, but they have a lot of bad reviews, so I ventured to Brea. The lobby is clean and spacious. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming. My therapist was Alexis. She did a thorough job with my massage. Maybe work on the gentle side a bit but all in all it was good.

I started going to the Brea location of Hand & Stone in July 2023 and loved it so much I signed up for a membership! The women at the front desk are so great- they are always super friendly and very helpful. I have seen 4 or 5 of the massage therapists here and I've had a wonderful experience every time- they clearly hire very skilled people. And the facility is beyond clean and very inviting. I'm happy I found a such a great place to get a massage and unwind!

Experience was nice but my therapist cut my time 10 minutes and this was a birthday gift to me. I don't get massages everyday, so was bummed.
