We came in to get my wife’s ring repaired and Cristina, helped us get everything handled. We had let the warranty and inspection expire so she helped us get back in compliance so we could get the band repaired without having to spend a small fortune. And then made sure we can exchange it later without paying more. I highly recommended her because she let us look around at other stuff as well and didn’t try to up sell us.
