I'm back to commend two people who have helped me come back to being a shopper at JCPENNEY. I recently wrote a review on the Santa Ana JCPENNEY store and because if the selection and service I received there, I decided to go to the Brea JCPENNEY store. I went for a pair of shoes. Nothing fancy but just classic old fashion quality shoes. In the shoe department, I very nice young man Juan Orozco was great at helping me find just what I was looking for. It isvhard to go into a shop and be treated with indifference as I have experienced at many "new stlye" store. Not at this store, Juan listened to what I wanted and brought me several styles to choose from . Then he walked me to the payment place. Thanked me and asked me to return. 5 stars for Juan! Next, Julie Lee,at the checkout line, did a great job as well. I'll be back at Penny's to shop for other things I need.

I ordered a ring 12/2023 and I called today 3/2/24. I called to see if the ring was available and the employee who answered the phone Cici gave me the worst service and the worst attitude. It's in the morning and she already had terrible service to provide. Those type of employees will drive customers away. She made something so simple so difficult and uncomfortable for me. Do better Penny's.

Came down from San Francisco, for a wedding. I forgot my white dress shirt. Went to Burlington and Ross but man... Their stock is lacking. They had nothing in my size. Really went there cause I didn't want to spend a lot of money (since I already had one)... We go to JCPenney often, so we decided to go there. Went to the men's dress section and right away we were greeted by Norma. When I tell you she was help, I mean it! She was with us the entire time. I thought I had the right size but she said I think your arms are longer. She was spot on. She had me try on 2 different shirts, so I can see which arm size I like best. Then she went and got a white one in a package. Tried it on and it was perfect. Thank you very much, Norma!

Nice clean store, but as a Hispanic young woman customer, I can sense there’s probably few white women employees who are racists. Idk if it’s just me but I could tell in the atmosphere.

Do not come here for portraits, the service is so so so so slow, it wasn't even the pictures that were slow but the development. They got us waiting here for over 2 hours bruh Im writing this while im still waiting

This is the worst store in the mall. I have been over there 3x on my lunch to buy a mans ring. No one will help me they just stand around and when I ask someone they say I will get someone for you and never do and or they say one moment I will be right with you when they are just talking with each other. No wonder that store went down hill. Thank god for Ben Bridge they were able to help me and get me out the door with in 20min. For everyone that needing jewelry for xmass dont waste your time here. Do yourself a favor and go to Ben Bridge they are amazing.

I have been shopping this company since 1972!!! Needless to say I am a long time, satisfied customer. Their selection is outstanding, service is personable, pricing is affordable and the departments are always well maintained. I never leave empty handed!! Hats off to the team and management!! Great older retailers are hard to find!!

absolutely poor customer service. I had two armful of clothes to purchase not one registered downstairs was open. They sent me upstairs where there was one register open for the entire store. Ridiculous! 2 managers came saw the line with eight people in it and walked away. clearly Management needs lessons on customer service. Never once addressing the customers nor the wait that they incurred.

Please add a student discount or mall discount if you are an employee of the mall.. other stores have it and not only does it bring more customers it will make people decide to shop there so they can recieve the discount.
