I would not go to Kiehl’s brea bc I was making a return and an employee name Gina was so rude bc at other Kiehl’s location I could return without my credit card and she basically was calling me a liar saying that it is not true. I made the return with another employee after I brought my credit card from where I work. Gina should never be allowed to work at this store ever again.

Tiffany was very helpful and nice. She helped me out with saving on the deals they're currently having. She took her time of day to relate to me and make me feel comfortable shopping here. I saved over $60 on this buy today. The atmosphere is nice but I'm sure we all knew that. Brea mall is very nice to shop around. Thank you Tiffany!

The products are generally great for long-lasting moisture but the customer service is lackluster unless you come to the store just to purchase. The employees at this store are so stingy with samples.

This company discriminates based on medical needs. Specifically the manager here, Christian, fired a person with autism, and made no accommodations for her. Disgusting practices by this brand and company. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Kiehl's was a recommendation by a surgeon. Such advise is never given lightly as an investigation of IQ by speciality/years needed reveal much. How long is a heart/brain surgical residency? Rate of acceptance?Someone that has the power of life or death in their hands and uses them (in this case for good) is truly rare. I was encouraged to investigate and slowly try products.Staff here are gracious, helpful and at times rough around the edges yet the product worked. Fabric of kindness weaves calmness, and anxiety fades. Light from the glow of peace indicates flow. The opposite delineates?
