We visited multiple times while working on my parents' master bathroom. Sarah was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly.
She even coordinated with our contractor to help order additional items that were needed due to sizing issues.

My wife and I remodeled our kitchen and guest bathroom last year and worked with Sarah at the Brea Koehler Signature store. She was amazing and knew the products and also had a great design background to guide our plans. And of course we purchased the Koehler products and love them. They have an ambience and are a step above the other brands. We are complimented on our home selections.
We saw Sarah again as we consider
remodeling our bathrooms upstairs and again, her “customers first,” product knowledge and consultative style was second to none.
This store is also managed by Derrick who is also great to work with. He was able to order us an additional part that we needed for a shower and interfaced with the distributor on our behalf, and received the part quickly.
There is an exceptional team in place at the Brea Kohler store to help you with your design requirements. Don’t hesitate to go in and ask for Sarah or Derrick.

After a long day of searching for kitchen fixtures, we stopped at this location and were greeted by Ryan when we walked in. He showed us the extensive finishes that Kohler has to offer for both kitchen sinks & faucets.
Ryan was able to order everything we needed for kitchen sink setup and have it delivered to our home the next business day and still give us better pricing than the online site!
Had a great shopping experience, would recommend!

🚨 This is something that everyone should notice about this store, if you want to buy their products, it is hard to change it back. because they will make all reasons not to take back. I went there to exchange my under mount sink to top mount sink .they refused to take it back because of the box have number written down accidentally by my contractor. This is first time i didn’t know about kohler policy. All box have to be clean, so when you get your delivery make sure you check to avoid all kind of damage or losing pieces they will blame on you. Really disappointed with this, I bought a lot of material from them but when it comes to exchange they don’t care. Is that really comment to everyone or because I am Asian ? Unreasonable to me number on box😡 refused to take it back .
🚨To all Asian watch out for this location if you don’t want to disappoint by purchase from them, I really love their products but I don’t like their service.

I saw a review from a customer named Haru, and I had the exact same experience as her. When I first arrived at the store, no one greeted me. After browsing for half an hour, I had to actively seek out a salesperson to place an order. However, when I received my order, I found that the color was incorrect.
I returned to the store to exchange it, and after waiting for the salesperson to finish assisting another customer, they processed my exchange. However, the salesperson was extremely impatient, sighing constantly, never smiling, and showing no patience at all.
This prompted me to check the store’s reviews to see if other customers had similar experiences, and I found that there were indeed others who went through the same thing. Interestingly, we were all either Asian or specifically Chinese. I can’t help but feel that these salespeople are racially discriminatory—otherwise, I cannot understand why I, as a customer, would be treated this way!

We had the best experience here while trying to narrow down the decisions for our bathroom remodel. Sarah was so patient with us and answered all of our questions. Sarah also made sure to walk us through all the components we would need for the contractor on top of the items that we picked out. We would highly recommend this store and Sarah Loya!

I have had several great experiences at the Kohler Brea store. We started with one bathroom project in August 2024 and have been back several times working on two more bathroom projects. I have been working with Sarah Loya at the Brea Store. She is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable of her products and all the questions I have. I highly recommend the Kohler Brea Store for your bathroom remodel needs.

We are doing a kitchen and bathroom renovation and at the beginning it was overwhelming trying to figure out by ourselves all the different items we needed particularly the right type of shower valves and hardware for what we wanted to do. Thankfully Sarah Loya helped guide us through the process of selecting all the right hardware for our needs and really helped streamline the process of making the right shower and bath hardware selections. She has been extremely patient throughout the process in going over various Kohler products to keep within our budget. It is a huge benefit to be able to speak and work with a very knowledgeable person versus trying to figure it out ourselves and purchasing things online. Overall we cannot recommend Sarah enough and look forward to continue working with her as we finish the rest of our purchases for our home project.

We are remodeling and worked with Sarah to pick out our shower and bath fixtures. My husband and I walked in to this location very stressed because it was difficult for us to navigate the Kohler website to identify which valves went with which systems, but all of our stress went away after coming to the showroom and meeting Sarah. She patiently and thoroughly explained our options, answered our questions and helped us choose our items and place the order. We had been at the point of going with a different brand before we went to this location because we were unable to figure out the valves and various selections ourselves, but we are so grateful Sarah stepped in and assisted us and we are excited about our new shower and bath systems. At one point Marc also assisted us and he was equally helpful and great to work with as well. Sarah’s and Marc’s patience and level of customer service is unmatched, we look forward to placing more orders here.

Jovana was amazing when it came time for us to get serious and buy all the fun things for our remodel. She was informative, helpful and super patient!
