I recently had a super unpleasant experience which I am disappointed to share was with an educator on Wednesday 8/20 around 11:30am with the girl working fits. As a former employee and long time customer of lululemon, I have always had positive experiences with both the brand and in store visits until today. I walked in to get some items hemmed, 3 pants all with the same inseam. I let the girl know I just needed 3.5” inches hemmed as I had tried them on at home to make the process more efficient. She then proceeded to question me on the items I had already purchased with an extremely rude tone asking if they were the short version, which I was unsure how that was relevant since I already owned the items and knew that were too long hence why I was bringing them into hem and knew how much I needed removed…
I mentioned to her that I didn’t see a shorter version online when I purchased them and pulled up the app asking her to show me since she felt the need to question me on something that frankly wasn’t relevant to the situation. They were not online as she claimed so I was confused on why she brought it up, and later was confirmed by another employee that the swift mid rise pants only came in regular and tall lengths.
My note to the Brea store would be to reevaluate how educators are approaching conversations and most importantly the tone of delivery/body language when speaking with guests. Acting like you’re better than a customer and speaking down to them with a condescending attitude leaves a lasting impression on their interaction with that employee who is a reflection of that store and team. This really put both a damper on my day and has led me to rethink my brand loyalty to lululemon. I will definitely not be supporting the Brea store again, looking forward to visiting the other OC lululemon’s in the future.

Best Birthday Experience at Lululemon – Brea Mall
I had the BEST experience today at the Lululemon store in the Brea Mall! It was my birthday, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the usual kindness — but today it felt extra special.
A sales associate named Leslie went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated. She was not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but also so thoughtful. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made my day. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this personal.
I always love shopping at this location because the entire team is friendly and professional, but Leslie really stood out and made my birthday shopping trip memorable. Thank you, Leslie and the Brea Lululemon team — I left with a smile (and some new favorites)!

first time to this location and it was a terrible experience. my bf was in line to do a return that was already setup on his phone but for some odd reason, the guy that was helping him was just standing around with his work mobile device as if he didn’t know what to do. everyone in line had already been helped and my bf was still left, the only one standing there still waiting for assistance. as a frequent lululemon visitor at the santa anita mall location, this visit was by far the most unhelpful and slowest of them all.

Shoutout to Lisa for being super understanding and helpful during my visit. she went above and beyond to make sure i left happy, which isn’t something you find everywhere these days. it’s clear she cares about the customer experience and takes pride in what she does. absolutely stellar service—give this woman a raise.

Today I had an incredible experience at the Lululemon store in the Brea Mall, and I can’t recommend it enough! One of my favorite parts is attending their community classes led by their Lululemon ambassadors. This past Sunday, I joined a yoga class taught by Lauren, and it was truly wonderful. The class featured a beautiful flow, and Lauren is one of my favorite instructors—her passion and energy make me want to shop at this store even more!
What made the experience even more special was the store’s initiative to make the class donation-based, with all proceeds going toward relief efforts for the recent devastating fires in Southern California. It was heartwarming to see Lululemon supporting the community in such a meaningful way.
After the class, they invited us to an exclusive one-hour guest shopping event, which was so fun and a lovely touch! The clothing at Lululemon is unmatched for my yoga practice—high quality, durable, and backed by their great warranty.
The staff at this location also deserves recognition. Over my very regular visits to this store, Andrea, in particular, was incredibly helpful, encouraging, and attentive to my needs. Every time I visit, I’m greeted warmly by knowledgeable and professional team members who make the shopping experience enjoyable. They’re always ready to help with sizing and fit, making the process seamless.
I love this store, the people, and the sense of community they create. I’ll definitely be back!!❤️🎉🧘♀️

I usually love visiting the Lululemon store in Brea. Most of the staff are incredibly helpful and create a welcoming experience. However, during my visit today to return some online orders, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the male staff members who claimed to be the store manager.
This staff member, a middle-aged man with a beard, was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite showing him my message history with an online agent confirming that I could get a refund for a special order item, he insisted that it wasn’t possible. When I asked for his name to escalate the matter, he refused to provide it, which only added to the frustration.
This experience was disappointing, as it didn’t reflect the usual level of customer service I’ve come to expect from this store. I hope Lululemon addresses this so that customers continue to feel valued and respected!

I visited this particular store last Saturday and was quite disappointed with the customer service I received. While approaching the entrance, two staff members were conversing. Upon my entry, one of them turned away his head, avoiding any form of greeting. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience here. A previous encounter involved a staff member making assumptions about me without fully understanding the situation. Based on these incidents, I won’t be returning to this location ever again.

The store is not willing to offer after-sales service for lululemon products. Due to this lack of service and the poor attitude of the store manager, I am hesitant to continue purchasing from this brand, as it does not reflect the level of service I would expect.
