Worker ran over my toe in shoe aisle and walked away like nothing happened. Upon checkout I told the cashier and asked her for a bandaid her response, “we don’t have one”. No first aid kit? Aren’t you required to have this available under OSHA title 8? Or is it because Joanna was too lazy to go get me one. I’ll be calling this in.

Love brea Nordstrom but the E bar if there not going to have coffee at 7 pm they should just close at 7 pm. She told me they only have Americanos and latte. Not only me but others wanted just a simple cup of coffee.

Sales associate Ingrid R. was extremely rude during check out. Rolled her eyes when I said no to the credit card and threw the receipt in the bag, walked away without saying anything once the transaction was done

Tino & Bailey in the sunglasses area have been majorly helpful this entire time! Tino has gone out of his way to give amazing customer service on a sale that unfortunately was not with him. Such a genuine man with great attitude & of awesome help.

Disappointed with Curbside Pickup at Nordstrom Brea
I’ve been a loyal Nordstrom customer since 2016 and regularly use curbside pickup. This time, I waited 20 minutes in the stall before seeing another car get their order in under 5 minutes.
An associate (Karly, I believe) told me they “didn’t get an alert,” and even questioned whether I entered a stall number—which I definitely did. The app showed “Justine is getting your order.”
After another 5+ minute wait, she called to say the shoes were damaged and she had to go downstairs to get a new pair. I ended up waiting 30 minutes total and was late to dinner with my family.
Nordstrom Brea used to be my go-to, but after this frustrating and avoidable experience, they’ve lost me as a customer.

My favorite Nordstrom! Always great service! Absolutely love the café! I recently spent 2 weeks in California, and it was hands down the best dining experience I had the entire two weeks! We ate out every day to places like South of Nick's, Wood Ranch BBQ, and Panini Kabob. Our server, Areli, was absolutely amazing! Will definitely visit whenever I'm in town!

Ana T. at Nordstrom Brea Mall provided truly exceptional customer service, especially considering it was a crazy busy Sunday afternoon in the women's shoe department during the Anniversary Sale. She was incredibly patient and approachable, making our shopping experience a delight, especially for my 85-year-old mom. What truly set Ana apart was how she made us feel so welcome, even bringing up positive aspects of our culture and the good traits we have. Her outstanding assistance and genuine care ultimately led to us buying three pairs of shoes. She went above and beyond, demonstrating a remarkable willingness to help amidst the chaos. Her professionalism and kindness made a significant difference, and we are so grateful for her outstanding support.
