We needed a dryer ASAP because ours went caput. As soon as Pacific Sales opened at 10:00 AM, my husband and I were there. We were greeted by Sean who was very helpful and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. I told him we needed a dryer delivered the same week. We chose an LG dryer because I read they were the best and most reliable. Sean scheduled our delivery and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I took off one star because the young lady who checked us out at the front wasn't the most friendly employee. You can do better than that, Pacific Sales. We're repeat customers and so are my parents. It's possible to lose customers and referrals based on a negative experience with one employee.

I am pleased to leave another review for Pacific Sales, Brea. I am in the process of remodeling a short-term rental. I purchased, appliances, TVs, wall mounts, and plumbing fixtures ALL from Pacific Sales in Brea. Due to the relationship that developed between James, Anton and myself - I am able to email or call and place additional orders. Both James and Anton (oh and Vivian - she is the front desk person) have been attentive and responsive to EVERY one of my requests. They have accommodated many requests! I am grateful for their advice, support, and help. I strongly recommend Pacific Sales to you!

I haven't received my appliances yet, but this review is for the service I received by my appliance specialist Sean Huynh. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful when I went to looking to buy all new kitchen appliances. He spent the time to educate me and my husband on all the different options we had. He is very familiar with all the different brands and what they have to offer. I was very pleased with our visit to Pacific Sales in Brea.

The more you know, right? After stops at other retailers, I wasn't quite satisfied with the selection. I've driven past Pacific Sales a hundred times but didn't realize they sold appliances. We found James finishing up with a customer. Eager to help, James started asking questions about our goals for the perfect kitchen. We felt heard. As James started narrowing down selections for us, he would give us details on features and how they could benefit us. I was definitely impressed with his product knowledge. I didn't feel rushed. I didn't feel like a commission. I felt like James was truly trying to identify the best solution for our kitchen. After identifying the perfect range, James suggested completing the kitchen. James showed us a selection of over-the-range microwaves that matched the aesthetic we were looking for. We even picked up a replacement dishwasher. We were very happy with the time that James gave us. Ultimately we'll be back at Pacific Sales because of James.

Pacific Sales in Brea is AWESOME! Just purchased several new appliances from PS. James, Anton AND Viviana - went way above and provided excellent service to me. I highly recommend this store. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Buying appliances can be confusing and stressful, but if you want to have an easy time of it, Go to Pacific Sales and ask for Peter Camacho. Pete is absolutely amazing. The amount of knowledge he carries around in his head is astounding. He's also very patient and you never feel any pressure to pull the trigger. He feels more like an advisor than a salesman. He'll talk to you as long as you like to help you figure out what's going to work best for you. Pacific Sales / Best Buy also has an amazing program where you finance with them, and if you pay it off in the first month, you get 10% back in rewards you can use to buy anything in the store (except in their plumbing department). We bought a new fridge, cooktop, combo wall oven with microwave, beverage fridge, and ice maker for a little less than $13K and received $1260 in rewards that we're probably going to use to buy a new television. I highly recommend this store, and if they get 5 stars, Pete gets 6+!

This is only my second time leaving a review. Taking the time to leave a review because of the fantastic service and assistance I received from James.We came in Labor Day Weekend and spent a few hours looking through the showroom and deciding what brand we liked best. James covered all the bases, while making us feel important and he really listened to us to help us select the best options. We had planned to visit a few other retailers to find the best deals but we really enjoyed working with James and his approach was very easy-going, and we didn't feel pressured to buy but he still made sure we knew all the promotions and benefits available: Including the 14-day lowest price guarantee, along with the 24-month financing, offers and rebates. That closed the sale for us, as It allowed us to spend a bit more over our budget for the appliances, installations and extended warranties. James was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient the entire time, finding out just exactly what we needed and also discovered a few alternatives with great insight on his part that will make our kitchen more open and less cluttered to what we were planning. We made our selections, ordered and applied for credit, the staff up front took care of us and we left the store feeling appreciated and supported for the future knowing we didn't have to shop around for better deals and service. This isn't the first time we've shopped with Pacific Sales, but this by far is the best experience I've ever had with them. We will definitely pass along Pacific Sales and James to everyone we know who is interested in replacing their appliances and or remodeling.

James Caley is amazing! He went above and beyond with helping find the perfect appliances for a complete kitchen renovation. He is very commutative and provided me with exact measurements for each appliance I was purchasing. I can't thank him enough for services he provided. I was not sure about going to the store without my husband but James made me feel completely comfortable and did not put any pressure on me to buy without having my husband with me, we came back a few days later and my husband dealt with James and purchased the stove I wanted. When it’s time to purchase our new fridge we will definitely be working with James. Also a big thanks to him for recommending we visit the Dacor showroom and taking their cooking demo that really sold my husband on the 48’’ range.

I'm so happy with my service and assistance at Pacific Sales in Brea. I stopped by to see what the wait time was for a Premium BBQ. My Salesperson was patient and easy to work with. He shared his knowledge with me and helped me make a very informed decision on the best BBQ I could get to replace my old grill. James was able help me order this special order Viking 54"BBQ Grill and have it delivered in just two weeks. I'm so excited I don't have to wait till December thanks to Pacific Sales' great inventory on hand. I recommend you work with James and order your appliances thru Pacific Sales.

First off, I didn't know that they were affiliated with Best Buy. Second is very nice showroom. The items carried in the store was medium to high price, as for quality (I am not a cheap person far from it but I will question things that don't make sense). They have items that I would like/love to have but one must choose common sense to make an area useful and comfortable without trying to be ostentatious (snobby), and not go broke or in debt.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Pacific Sales in Brea. My brother referred his Sales person James Caley, who had helped him out last year.I was looking for a Quality brand with great performance on a 15K budget. James helped me select a Thermador Bundle Package: 36” Range, wall hood and fridge. The bundle deal gave me a free Microwave Drawer and Dishwasher saving me over $3600.00. James made sure we purchased Total Tech to get the installation and haul aways for free and we took advantage of the Best Buy Credit Card and earned $1400.00 back in rewards to use later for our new TV. Pacific Sales makes it so easy to shop for the best brands.

I am remodeling my kitchen and was in need of all new appliances. My kitchen designer told me about James that he had worked with him previously, he recommended using him. When I came into the store for the appliances I found a great deal on a Samsung package and took advantage of Total Tech promotion that was offered to get free installation on all my new appliances. I was also offered the 24 month financing for all my appliances that I purchased. (That helps out a lot) The Assistant Manager James was very helpful and really knows the products that he sells. He really took his time and went over all the services that I would need. He explained in detail about the delivery service and set everything up for me. He really seems to care about the customer a takes pride in helping them. James also introduced me to the Plumbing Manager and helped me pick out the perfect sink and faucet for my newly remodeled kitchen. The whole shopping experience was amazing. I would recommend to my family and friends. From beginning to end I am totally satisfied. I do plan to return and see James to help me out with the outdoor patio and audio /video needs. I was already starting to look at the YardBird patio sets.

3/1: Anton called the Fluid company and ordered the part (cartridge) that we needed for our shower fixture. He gave us an invoice & said it would be $104. – but did not tell us anything about taking the invoice to the front counter. He said it would be in “in about a week or so.” And he would contact us.3/15: Two weeks passed, and we heard nothing from Anton, so I called and left a message with him. No call back from Anton.3/16: I called again and said that I needed to speak with Anton; and I asked him why he did not contact us to keep us updated—he said he was sorry. Then he said the part would be in next Tuesday 3/21, and he would definitely give us a call.We heard nothing—again.3/24: Since (8) days had passed, I called Anton again (in the morning)—and again got his voice mail. I left a message with Anton, inquiring if the part had come in.We heard nothing—again.In the afternoon, I decided to go in to the office to see if Anton was there. He was there at his desk, and I asked him if he had gotten my message. He said no. (?) Then he got on the phone to see the status of the part—then he saw my invoice; and he looked at it and said “You were supposed to take this to the front office.” I said that no one ever told me to do that—he again said he was sorry.Multiple times Anton has said that he was going to do something—but he did not do it. At this point, I am extremely frustrated, so I asked to speak to a manager. He gave my number to James, and told me James would call me today (3/24).The level of incompetency is incredible, and I am ready to file a report with social media to make sure that others don’t have to go through this frustration again.

We bought a Samsung fridge from here 10+ years ago & went in to do some recon on a range & hood. We had already narrowed it down to either a Wolf or Thermador, but wanted more info, & to see if they had any good deals. From online research, as well as from ads around the store, we saw that the prices for these products were pretty much the same wherever you go.A salesman asked if we needed help, so I asked for specs, details, any kind of info he could offer on the items. He said just to look at the merchandise on the floor. Wow, that's helpful. I didn't think of LOOKING at the items, even though I just took pics of them all. So basically, he had nothing to offer; just there for the commission. Know your product, warranty, extended warranty, specialty features, etc. You guys get demos from these high end appliance manufacturers - share this with your customers!In short, if you know what you want & don't need assistance, this would be a decent place to go. The showroom is big, but their customer service is lacking. I should've known this when I walked in & wasn't greeted by the 3 people sitting at desks with no one in front of them.
