“I cannot say enough great things about this company! I have a Greyhound with sensitivities and he does really well on the New England formula. Not only does this company have great products for our fur babies, but they also have amazing customer service. I called them one time because one of the dog food bags accidentally had some other dog food mixed in with it. It didn’t harm my dog in anyway, but I did contact the company to clarify that whatever was mixed in the food, was OK for my dog to consume. Because of the mishap, they sent me not one, but two full-size bags as an apology. That is Great customer service!”

“My dad and I regularly go here to either pick up fish and plants, or to simply walk around and enjoy the displays. There’s genuinely so much variety to enjoy, both for saltwater and freshwater stock, and also plenty of equipment, feed, and medication readily available, too. Beyond the actual store items, in terms of serve, the owners are very friendly and offer cold water on hot days. They once even gave my nephew (who’s a toddler) gummy snacks as a treat!”

“I had a really good experience at Omar’s Exotic Birds. You can tell right away that the birds are very well taken care of because they look healthy, active, and clean. The cages and store were also well maintained, which made me feel comfortable and confident. The staff were super friendly, patient, and willing to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. They genuinely care about the birds and the customers. I really appreciate how knowledgeable and kind everyone was, and it made the visit feel welcoming and trustworthy. I would definitely come back again.”

“Went in to explore options for pet CBD oils with very little knowledge about it. I regret not getting the name of the lady that helped me out, but she was very patient and informative. I decided to start with the chewable treats for my dog and he seems to love them. I've yet to find that sweet spot, so I'm increasing the dosage day by day hoping to find just the right amount. I asked the lady about CBD oil for humans, and she was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back for more CBD products!”

“Adryn (I hope I spelled her name right) was so helpful with my pending pickup order, I ordered 4 items around 9:30 am and it was supposed to be ready by 1 pm.So then I made a trip out of it, took me mum to lunch and stopped by Petco Brea by 1:30 pm.I was baffled to find that the pickup email never came through, and my Petco account on the website says it's pending for delivery. Very confusing.So one clerk called the manager for help, they searched for my order, and it's not in their system.So the manager (Adryn) called the Petco hq to push my order through so they can give me the items.While on hold, she picked the items out for me, and they're ready as the hq woman told her that my order will take time to get through.Smart and savvy Adryn then decided to ring my items up in the store, gave me the same discount that I got online, and then she'll cancel the pending online order once it's thru to their system.Best solution to a logjam that we were experiencing.My pup and I would like to thank you again; to the manager and staff of Petco Brea, best customer service ever!-red.”
