“I’ve been going to Omar’s since they were in Cypress. Their new location is the smallest so far. I’m a little worried since they’ve been there since September and still don’t have a sign on the building. Hopefully, it’s just trying to get it done through the city. They only had a few birds and food and toys were paired down from their old location. I wish them the best of luck and hope there around for a while.”
“Only great experiences here so far. Very affordable. Feels like our dog is always attended to quick. Friendly business, not sure what others are saying about attitude (typical of people reviewing Asian establishments). I like that the dogs are given a nice big space to themselves, rather than being stuck in a small cage waiting. Never too busy here either, so stop on by and give 'em some business!”

“Adryn (I hope I spelled her name right) was so helpful with my pending pickup order, I ordered 4 items around 9:30 am and it was supposed to be ready by 1 pm.So then I made a trip out of it, took me mum to lunch and stopped by Petco Brea by 1:30 pm.I was baffled to find that the pickup email never came through, and my Petco account on the website says it's pending for delivery. Very confusing.So one clerk called the manager for help, they searched for my order, and it's not in their system.So the manager (Adryn) called the Petco hq to push my order through so they can give me the items.While on hold, she picked the items out for me, and they're ready as the hq woman told her that my order will take time to get through.Smart and savvy Adryn then decided to ring my items up in the store, gave me the same discount that I got online, and then she'll cancel the pending online order once it's thru to their system.Best solution to a logjam that we were experiencing.My pup and I would like to thank you again; to the manager and staff of Petco Brea, best customer service ever!-red.”
“Love coming here! There’s good product, great customer service, and cute animals. They do take care of their animals and the reptile and amphibian habitats seem clean and well regulated! Money has been pretty tight recently and the cashier tonight, Jared, suggested we order online with a coupon code instead of paying at checkout and he saved us 20%.
