“Pet Wants OC North goes above and beyond! We switched over from pedigree (I know, I know) several years ago and through a family recommendation started our dogs on Pet Wants food. Our dogs loved it! When my 10 year old senior dog was having trouble keeping weight on Othman suggested I try to put her on their puppy food to see if that would help! And it definitely did! Our dog was happier and healthier. Once her weight was back where it should be we started her on the chicken and brown rice. Just within the last 24 hours our dog ran out of food several days early from our scheduled delivery. I reached out to Othman and he said he can get food to me the next day in the evening. But to my surprise at 9 AM the next morning I had my order. I didn't have to run out and get an emergency can of dog food. Our dog is now 13 years old and as healthy as can be and I really believe it's from her high quality pet food from Petwants. Thank you Othman for going above and beyond!”

“Adryn (I hope I spelled her name right) was so helpful with my pending pickup order, I ordered 4 items around 9:30 am and it was supposed to be ready by 1 pm.So then I made a trip out of it, took me mum to lunch and stopped by Petco Brea by 1:30 pm.I was baffled to find that the pickup email never came through, and my Petco account on the website says it's pending for delivery. Very confusing.So one clerk called the manager for help, they searched for my order, and it's not in their system.So the manager (Adryn) called the Petco hq to push my order through so they can give me the items.While on hold, she picked the items out for me, and they're ready as the hq woman told her that my order will take time to get through.Smart and savvy Adryn then decided to ring my items up in the store, gave me the same discount that I got online, and then she'll cancel the pending online order once it's thru to their system.Best solution to a logjam that we were experiencing.My pup and I would like to thank you again; to the manager and staff of Petco Brea, best customer service ever!-red.”
