Store and staff here and in other branches are always very nice and helpful. I wish they sold their Petco staff t-shirts in store. I'm disappointed that rewards points expire in 30 days or 45 days depending on the Vital Care level. I would prefer at least one year after points are earned.

The staff is incredibly rude. I placed an online order, and when I went there at the time they told me to pickup, my order wasn’t even started on and the lady just was on her phone the entire time and told me to wait for 15 minutes in the worst tone possible. So I waited, and after I saw that she was finally done with my order after 40 minutes, I got in line at the pickup place to get it. She was sweeping right in front of the counter, throwing up dust and fur into customers faces, and so I went to a different line to avoid it. The cashier at my line told me to go to the line where she was sweeping despite there being other people waiting there. They moved the people behind me to a different line so that I had to go to the line where she was sweeping and when I did, she just threw the broom to the side. I was obviously upset about this and told her that it was rude and asked for her name, but she kept on being rude and curt the whole time.
