Third time I've picked up my dog and she's been sick with giardia. This location needs to santize their facility properly. It is too expensive for owners to be having to take their dogs to the vet after a stay the pet hotel. Not only did my dog get sick, my parents dog and brother's cat got sick while stay here... on separate occasions! Will not be staying at this location again. Other locations might be cleaner, but this one isn't.

A couple weeks ago I went here for something for my dog because she was not feeling well and the moment I walked in the husky Hispanic manager and another employee were following me around the store making it extremely uncomfortable to shop, I even noticed this discriminating acts and asked her for help then proceeded to get what she recommended and put two things back on the shelf leaving my cart outside the aisles and just went ahead and bought the pumpkin. After leaving I was pulled over by brea police because this manager waved them down in the parking lot accused me of stealing two pretty big bags of things that were the exact items I put back on the shelf which she watched me grab out of my cart walking to the aisle and placing them back before decided to leave, I was searched, my vehicle was searched I stood in the rain for 3 hrs waiting for two female officers to finish investigating at the store and then coming to physically search me. The officers all agreed this was a complete waists of everyone's time, they said it'd of been impossible for me to of stashed or got rid of the two items I was accused of stealing from the time I had barely pulled out the parking lot on the Main Street to them flipping the lights on me to pull over! I have half of my head shaved and a bunch of tattoos and they took one look at me and assumed I was some thief! Then the police told me I was trespassed from Petsmart but not just that one from all of them I was so cold wet and angry I said I don't care, and I was trespassed without doing a single things wrong! Instead of complaining to corporate and getting her fired I've contacted attorneys for discrimination and I am pursuing to press charges against this woman and the company for allowing it to be ok to treat people that way because of how they look! I work for one of the top finance companies in the whole US and have been with them 5 yrs now and make really decent money and do not deal with this BS at my office! So if u go here make sure u aren't comfortable in sweats with no makeup on and cover ur tattoos up or you may be accused of something and the cops called on you! These people need to learn what Customer Service is and to never judge a book by its cover! That employee needs to check herself go diet and get a gym membership before looking at the next person and hope she felt really stupid learning she accused someone for nothing!

blamed my dog for peeing but had no proof and she was not out of my sight for a second wouldn't recommend this business where random adoption people blame a random person for her dog being the only one around I was nice but wouldnt come back They also don't have a very good selection of toys and treats

i wanted to rate 0 if there is the choice， i don't know how they communicated each other， the hotel made the decision based on no evidence。 we have all our phone call and voice message histories with front desk saved in my phone but they don't want to listen。 i am really got hurt with the way they treated their royal customer。 i believe someone working in the store made mistakes but the manager didn't want to correct it， so disappointed！

I have been to this Petsmart for years. Shanna is the lady I always talk to and she is the sweetest person ever! I came to get my kitty some food and treats today, I used to come every week for my dog but now that she is gone :( I only come once a month or so. But I do enjoy coming here just walking around seeing all the new pet stuff and say hi to the kitty's they have. Have a beautiful day :) Aloha to you and be kind to everyone.
