When I was getting my hair done, Edison came and shut of the electricity and said the owner wasn’t paying his bills My hair was in foils and then my hair was washed in cold water because the water heater was not working because no power Salons owners were all upset, because clients were sent home because of no electricity and they were complaining they were without air all of 2023 Owner is an old fashioned SLUM LORD and now people are losing their livelihood

I have been going to Niko since 2018. She has helped me so much with my damaged hair. She has offered me advice and suggestions with my hair. I am always doing something different and always comes out amazing. She is the only one I trust with my extensions and color. She is very patient and accommodating. Her suite is #126 and is super cute she offers snacks and drinks. She also has amazing smelling candles and the best products. My hair is always fabulous because of Niko.

Horrible horrible horrible. Stylist Jen Lopez is absolutely awful. Does not want to take responsibility that she completely messed up my hair. Half my hair is balayage and the other half is thick highlights, my hair is also completely yellow and damaged. She also had me wait 2 hours in the parking lot and another hour inside as I watched her start do someone else's hair even though my appointment was hours before. She has no disregard for people's feelings or time. Don't waste your time on this place. If they mess up you won't get a refund. They will just play the victim and blame the client.

It is with great regret that I write this review. My friend relayed the story to me and I feel that businesses need to be held accountable...it has gone to Shauna for YEARS. Only one month ago, she took an UBER all the way from Huntington Beach to get a haircut. Round trip it was $150 because it is not cheap anymore to take an UBER post-pandemic. She also tipped Shauna $50 because she didn't have change. At first she was happy, but once the haircut "settled" she saw the cut was not the style she wanted -- she needed short layers in front but Shauna had cut them long. Yesterday, she asked Shauna for a few minor amendments which would have taken ten minutes at most. Shauna replied that because more than two weeks had passed, if she wanted the small layers she would have to pay for a whole new haircut. Honestly, it would have taken ten minutes -- and after all those years of loyalty, a $50 tip, and $150 dollar UBER, this is the thanks that a loyal customer gets? BUYER BEWARE....You have been warned.

All I can say is Vanessa Long is the Best!! Beyond professional and friendly and makes you feel so comfortable and very attentive. The fact she is able to work with different hair textures and always knows what to do with my hair when I don't. I trust her each time and I have never been disappointed. I have been with her for over 10 years truly the best hair stylist and therapist. Lol I have gotten my favorite service the Brazilian, plus she knows what color I need for what season. I trust in Vanessa Long lol. A Ladies hair still needs to look good during these times!! Even during COVID times I felt safe, with masks, sanitizing and everything is beautiful and clean. Looking for someone long-term or short-term she is your girl! She will always take care of you!! And let her know Chantel referred you. You will not be disappointed. I Promise!
