I had few caps as rush order, so asked every embroidery shop I could find for a quote and timeline. This place is the only one that responded. Little hiccup delays with email communication and was asked to come on site to approve the order. Little difficult to make some time during weekday. But the order approval took less than 5 mins, and was fully finished under 3 hours! Incredible work, speed, and price, so very grateful for being able to have an easy shop to rely on!

What a fantastic experience. Bruce was most helpful. PE typically takes on bulk orders/jobs according to Bruce, but he was able to help me out with my small order. Thank you Bruce for all your help.

I will be going somewhere else for my embroidery order. I submitted a request for a quote on their website as well as emailing Bruce directly and did not hear back. I have called 6 times in the last 4 business days, and only one time did they pick up the phone. I drove to the business today to drop off the items I wanted embroidered only to find out they closed at 3:30 today without updating their hours, or having their hours anywhere on their site. Terrible customer service!

I needed a last minute embroidery request on my graduation sash and Bruce was able to fulfill it in a short amount of time. I even offered to pay extra for such a last minute request but he denied it! The process was very quick and simple, and the final product looks great! His rates are $20 per area, so he quoted me $40 for two areas. I think that's a very reasonable price and especially for the great service -- this place will definitely be my new go-to (and go-to recommendation) for future embroidery requests.

I can't thank Bruce enough for pulling through so quickly for me. I was in a super last minute pinch and needed 1 unit embroidered. I emailed several different places, but they had minimums and couldn't turn it around quick enough. I emailed Bruce this morning and he replied to me right away and let me know that he'd be able to do it, even though typically this is a several days/week process. He gave me a fair price and said he can get it done by the next day at 3p.m. I arrived at their office to drop off the jacket, which is in an industrial area in Brea and was warmly greeted. I showed Bruce my item and let him know I was actually coming from LA because I needed to get this done quickly. He took my item and went to the back. A few minutes later he came back with the jacket already embroidered. I was so surprised at how quickly they were able to get this done for me. I'm so thankful to say the least! I can't wait to order more items from Pro Embroidery. The customer service is top notch and I would recommend everyone who needs custom items to come here and shop.

Head manager, Bruce, was very accommodating and understanding of my unique embroidery situation. I was unable to obtain a 2021 sash from my school, so my plan was to use a 2022 sash and just replace with "2" w/ a "1". Bruce's skill is unparalleled and we were able to successfully go through with this custom design. It came out perfect :) Very reasonably priced too! Edit: I will say it is initially tough to contact the store, but just go in person and get their business email/actual phone # directly(not the one on google) - Super responsive once you do!

Bruce was so helpful in helping me select colors and font for my embroidery. I had 6 duffle bags embroidered for a sleepover party and they all came out great -- the girls loved the personalization. Bruce had the bags done in a short turn around time and at a reasonable price. Thanks!!

Manager was very rude. Don’t ever use this place. Employee was trying to help me out with a rush order with 1 item for an anniversary gift. Manager came out and flat told me too busy to help you. Terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone.
