Bait and switch promotions. Please be aware that their promotions are not properly disclosed anywhere on their marketing or rental agreement.They did not disclose the that after three months, they will immediately raise your monthly rate over 50% which was shocking to me.The office attendant had told me my payment would never increase more than $10-$15 per year. They do this because they already know you have your stuff there and it’s unlikely you’re going to want to move it again, it’s an absolute bait and switch. I would’ve liked to have known upfront so I could’ve compared my storage options.
