The staff (2 females) at this business was professional, kind and extremely helpful. My sister and I got sunglasses for Christmas, which we wanted to exchange. The ladies who helped us were patient and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I did not get their names, but I would definitely come back and buy more sunglasses due to their kindness.

Came in to exchange some glasses I ordered online. Kirk was helpful attentive and has amazing customer service. We left with 2 pair of glasses today!! I highly recommend this store ! Great prices !!!!

I paid a high price for these sunglasses and got them and realized they are made in China!! I reached you to customer service, and they replied with an attitude and disregarded my inquisition about their false advertising of being Australian glasses when they are not!!

My mom and I came to look at prescription glasses. We had such a positive experience with Destiny! She was so sweet and friendly. We love how vibrant her personality is! I'm glad that she was the one to help us pick out and order our new glasses.

Genesis and entire staff were a delight to work with. I went to the store for a few repairs and cleaning. Genesis was happy to help me and did a wonderful job. Very thorough and very sweet.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My girlfriend wanted to buy me some new sunglasses for Valentine's Day. I had a hard time finding other expensive brands that I liked, so we checked this place out. WOW! The ladies working were SO nice, SO helpful, SO funny (even with my uncomfortable, sarcastic antics). Such a great experience. And the price, you can't beat it for the great quality of these glasses! I highly recommend and will be happy to go back! Thank you ladies for making my awkward experience buying sunglasses feel easy and fun!

I was in need of new sunglasses & I decided to stop here since it's close to where I live. Although it's a tiny store there is still a good selection. Mostly writing this review because the blonde young lady who helped me out was very friendly & I appreciated her customer service!! She let me know the promotion they were having, was patient and overall really made it a pleasant visit!!!

The shop is pretty small but it had every style I wanted to see. Was helped by Genesis while I browsed and purchased my prescription order - she made the process so pleasant and easy. I haven't received my glasses yet but my review for the shop and my shopping experience was great!

I had com e to Quay because I wanted to fill my lens prescription, and I had seen some cute Quay frames. I had been to this location before so I had already known where the prescription frames were. The frames unfortunately didn't look wiped down so I asked the associate if they had wipes. Luckily they did, so I was able to wipe down the glasses as I tried them on. I finally found a pair I liked and one of the female employees helped me. I already had my prescription so it was super easy for her to insert all my info into her iPad. it took about 20 minutes to insert my prescription, confirm my information, and pay--which is a pretty fast process in my book. My glasses are estimated to come in 21 days and I cannot wait! Thanks so much for the help!

Just came in to look for some glasses there was a lady and a man that offered no help no service at all was looking at several pairs but not interest in helping out. 6:37 10/18/21 walked out will never visit this store again don’t recommend to anyone unless you want to help your self. Workers were too involved in there conversation you might need to ring you self up too lol .

I’m super disappointed in Quay Australia’s service both at the Brea store and company overall. They have lost a customer.They do not have a flexible return or exchange policy. I bought two pairs of sunglasses, ones that were okay and the other that did not match my face. I wanted to keep one pair and return the other and was told I could not. My options were to get store credit, or return both pairs. Makes no sense. This is 2021, how are you not able to make adjustments accordingly?Also, the quality of the glasses are equivalent to F21’s. No offense to Forever 21, but my sister bought a fun pair for $10. So to charge $50-$65 for a pair of glasses Made in China doesn’t make sense.

I visited this store twice & won't ever be back!! Reason why I even came to this store, was for a return from, an online purchase . when I went into to the store the lady said I couldn't, return without the box in came from the mail, because she had to scan the box to make a refund ? Which that was a first I ever heard of a retail store doing that... so I told her I would be back with the box. I came back the second time, with the box! And the girl at register said I didn't need the mailing box and we do not scan the box for any reason! After she took everything out the box she took the sunglasses out of the case and cleaned them and began to examine them, after she did all that she wouldn't accept my return because I paid with (Quadpay) and told me would have to return by mail. Which I was already Furious at this point because the first time that was never told to me. and when I spoke with quay rep over the phone they said I was able to return my sunglasses to any quay store, no matter how I purchased the sun glasses. This store needs to get there information/communication in order and train each employee to communicate same details to customers ... about returns/exchanges waste of customers time. Seem to me the employees are just lazy to do their job
