Ann the owner is so welcoming and takes good care of her clients. I have been going for facials with Helen now for five months and have seen such a difference with my pores and texture. Everyone needs to ensure that they request Helen for their next appointment.

I have been a long time, Customer of this salon my mom and I used to go once a month a few years have passed and I was in the area so I decided to stop in for a full set and pedicure for both of us right away. When I sat down with the nail tech I said I wanted a pink and white powder. It’s been sometime since I got my nails done. I see her putting on the pink part and I say again you’re going to be putting on the white powder right she said yes after the pink powder so I said OK great little time past I asked her when she gonna put on the white powder portion. She said oh I thought you wanted a gel white tip this is better that’s not what I asked for. She said she couldn’t do anything about it and she’ll remember for next time. I will never come here again. I was very clear about what I wanted. I see now why they’re empty.

Yesterday morning I stopped by Queen nails to see if I could come back in a few hours for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. They had an opening. I first checked to see if they had someone that could do my nails with a ballerina shaped tip and French manicure pink and white. The manager said she had two ladies that could. I can't remember the lady's name who did my pedicure but she did a great job, gel French manicure on my toes! Jasmine did my full set and she did the most amazing job! I don't always get designs or gems but this time I let her make my nails glamorous! When I asked her to make them a little more narrow so my fingers look longer, she did and was very sweet about it. I enjoyed chatting about life with her and we have kids about the same age. She seemed happy to chat or happy to let me look at my phone while she worked, no pressure! I will definitely be back as they're right up the street from where I live and Jasmine did such a beautiful job, as you can see in the pic! Thank you Jasmine and Queen nails!

This place is the worst place to go to. My friend and I went in her nails ended up breaking off instantly after they fixed the first set of nails that had originally fell off. This is the 2nd time her nails have fallen off. Not only ar they coming apart but her nail became infected and started bleeding. We tried reaching out to the owner but they told her it’s all in her head and that they do not have anything to do with the infected nail and to just glue it . They explained that her nail bleeding and being broken off would be perfectly fine and that she needs to get over it. This place we have given second chances too it’s extremely dirty. Out dated. The chairs were horrible and disgusting. Our toes are not even and I can’t get over the fact I didn’t listen to myself to not go here. Please go through the other reviews there’s many more like mine. They reach out to you and ask to change the review so they look good. The board will be notified. Along with recordings of what was said

I'm not one to complain, I'm actually pretty easy to please. So when I saw they offered facials I thought why not. Maybe that's where I went wrong. The lady attending me literally fell asleep on me more than 15 times. I honestly stopped counting. I felt bad not leaving a tip but I have never felt so uncomfortable, maybe she has a medical problem idk but if she falls asleep that much maybe she shouldn't be sleeping on people while her hands are on your body.

Very pricey for such a basic service. I know costs are going up, but a manicure and pedicure costing 100 dollars, crazy! No acrylic or anything.

I found this spot on Yelp close to home and I was not disappointed! Vicky did my nails and she was so quick and efficient. They aren't thick and look very natural which I love. She was very sweet and made sure that I liked them through the whole process! Kim did my matching pedi and she was just as quick and consistent, they look great! Thank you ladies, you've gained a new customer today! Definitely recommend!
