Had a experience thanks to Elijah who helped me out today. He was very knowledgeable & also patient with explaining the difference in my boots. I’am happy with the selection I made today & I can’t wait to test them out on the field. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

Elijah
He is a well informed very knowledgeable person and easy going at the same time. After we spoke and he introduced me to a foot scanner that would help him understand where my pressure points are, I felt like I asked some questions that made no sense but Elijah had an answer for them and was asking all the right questions to make suggestions for the type of footwear that better suits my job type (I am an inspector) on my feet doing 1300 steps a day. I went with something different from previous footwear. Must say been 1 week and I’m glad I listened, body and feet feel relaxed

Graff was the one who helped my mother and I out when we were there on the 26th of December of last month, when my mom got me Redwing's as a Christmas present/Gift. Graff displayed excellent customer service when we were there and was just on top of it and was really helpful and was really great at explaining everything and how to take proper care of my boots so that they last a long time and also the proper way to care for the socks as well.
Moving forward to, today the 10th of January. Elijah, had helped me out with the additional Four pairs of socks I bought this morning. As my mother I bought my first pair when I was in there last month, as she for me these boots for work. Anyhow,I had forgotten the correct process in which to clean the boots and Elijah was super helpful and kind and explaining everything and making some recommendations, to make sure I did everything correctly. So my point in these two reviews is this, I would highly recommend this and most likely any location of Redwing to any one needing a Good Quality pair of work boots despite what trade your needing them for. Because this company sells a Good quality product and has good, exceptional employees selling the products too and the boots are hands down worth the price!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I wouldn't buy red wing shoes ever again. Waste of money. Bought $280 boots water proof and 3 months later no longer water proof. Then the store had me buy the oil for to help with water proof but didn't make sense to me when it already says on the boot it's water proof.... Anyways I bought the oil thing and it didn't help. Wasted my money on crappy boots. Never again. Quality is not good at all.

Elias and his associate that I don’t recall his name both gentlemen should be recognize for their customer service. I previously went to a different location ( Chino Hills) to purchase boots with a work voucher and a touch toe purchase first I walked into the store and a associate to the adjoining business was having the lunch on the sales floor while someone attempted to help me they told me my voucher was only valid for $100 when it clearly was for $200.00 I asked why and there response was that my company is not paying there bills. On 12/17/25 my boots were picked up and I notice the craftsman ship on the touch toe was unacceptable.I called your store in Brea and that’s where Elias and his crew took care of my situation they explained to me that the shoes I order in Chino hills where not covered under the voucher they also took notice of the boots poor quality work because of Elias dedication to his customer he went out of his way to explain and show me boots qualified he also exchanged the original purchase from the store in Chino hills that I will never go back to or recommend. Elias and associate thank you for your hospitality

I recently got a new role where steel toe was a requirement. I searched for a size 13 in a dressy type shoe and my local store didn’t have it. They called the Chino location and they had options! Dan made me feel warm and welcome in the store and took great care of me. I highly recommend visiting in-person based on selection and customer service. Thank you for making this process seamless!

I went into the Redwings in Brea and was helped by Elijah. Dude was super helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. I’ve never gotten sized for boots and have never owned a nice pair. After trying on the boots he recommended, I can confidently say he created a customer for life. Thanks again for all the help Elijah!

It's a redwing store, they're always incredible. These people are fantastic. My old store was Norco but these guys are fantastic. I'm going to be going here as my new home store moving forward.
