Bought a Groupon for a men’s haircut/shave and Ricca Donna refused to honor it. They’re nearly impossible to reach, and when you do, they tell you to deal with Groupon for a refund. Groupon is investigating why the merchant refuses to accept the voucher but meanwhile I’m still waiting for a refund. Feels like a bait-and-switch — totally unprofessional.

Eddie Tovar is the best stylist I've ever had the pleasure of cutting my hair. He's highly skilled and should honestly be cutting the hair of celebrities. You will NOT be disappointed with your result. I say this as a man, but I've also recommended my mom and she also is highly satisfied with his cut.
So if you're looking for a new hair guy, don't hesitate and book Eddie Tovar.

Just had my appointment with Todd and he is fantastic! I bleached my own hair and completely messed it up but Todd was able to fix it. He was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. All the staff I met were very nice and definitely a warm atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend coming to Ricca Donna and requesting Todd if he’s available.

My family and I have been getting our hair services here for years. Our stylist is Yen, she's sweet, patience, and has 30 years experience. I always look 10 years younger after I get my hair cut and styled by Yen. Very happy with her services and reasonable prices.

Well, where to start... I had read very bad reviews about this place but still decided to ignore the red flags... my trusted stylist cancelled on the day of the event (and being desperate) I went to the first place that had availability, I found Rica Donna on Google maps, and decided to make an appointment with them (I don't remember the stylist's name, big mistake). The salon is a mess, everything is dirty, full of dust, all the toxic products were everywhere, there was no organization at all.
Still, I decided to trust and leave my hair in the hands of the stylist, the worst decision I made... She made a mess on my head, literally did anything, I usually get an icy blonde, it's the color I use and love to do, she left half of my head orange and the other half brown, the process of applying the product was totally wild (this person pulled my hair, was not careful at all, and was also doing a horrible job).
Finally, the process ended and I was taken to rinse my hair, which this person attempted to do in 45 minutes something that for my hair tone takes a minimum of 3 hours (once again hair pulling, without taking care of anything) from there they dried my hair, and the stylist tried to hide it but I saw that my hair was breaking and a big part fell out from the back (that has never happened, in fact stylist are amazed because my hair resists bleaching very well and is strong, but in this case she completely ruined my hair) in addition to leaving it incredibly dry.
She was working with 4 other people at the same time (it's crazy), she never warned that it would be like that and that the service was so bad.
In the end, I paid but felt like a fool, and I also looked horrible.
The next stylist who helped me (2 months after this) said that my hair was dying after this experience, I do not recommend this place at all to anyone! Or at least the person who took care of me was a disaster and should have their license revoked for working in that way.

Got my hair cut for the first time by Linda, and let me say, she was literally amazing! I'll definitely be going back to her. She was so understanding, sweet, funny, and excellent at her job as a hair stylist! She kept making sure I was okay with what she was doing and walked me through everything I asked for in the beginning, which was a V cut with lots of layers. It turned out so much better than I had hoped for!

I was here a couple of weeks ago for my root touch up and Todd did another great job, in fact it was so good I decided to bring my 17 year old niece in to get a hair cut and highlights today and Todd did not disappoint. The color and cut was on point. My niece loves beachy waves and Todd explained he doesn't offer that with his services, which was not a big deal, so we had him blow dry her hair after the cut and color and we ran the curler thru her hair when we got home. Her hair came out wonderful and she was extremely happy!!! Todd worked his magic again, his attention to detail is spot on and his prices are very reasonable!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Todd at this salon. Literally the best haircut of my LIFE! I don't really have a stylist I always go to, so I usually find new ones on Groupon or Instagram or honestly just go to great clips. I will definitely be coming back to get my haircut from Todd from now on. He did a really thorough job in the cut was exactly what I asked for. I decided to get bangs and wanted layers. I showed him a picture, and he totally delivered.. on top of that. He was really informative about my hair. He talk to me through the whole process. Even showing me the best way to brush and detangling my hair. He told me about the products that he was using on my hair. He was not pushy at all about trying to sell them to me. But they were so well in my hair looks so good I literally told him I wanted to buy them and he did have them for sale in the salon as well. I did purchase a Groupon, but he said that his prices are not high so I will just keep booking straight through him and next time .

Review is for Todd. His response time is quick and he is very detail oriented and wants to know exactly what you want done. Todd gave my hair a deep conditioning treatment before giving me a trim with layers and fringe and a full blow dry. Price is unbeatable at $35 for hair my length. His work is amazing and my favorite thing is that he doesn't bug me like other hairdressers to buy products or have small talk. In and out no sweat trim!

Todd was my hairdresser and did a terrific job on my cut, color, highlights and deep conditioning. Todd took extra time and care to make sure everything "just right ". And it was. I am very happy with my hair now.

I'd gone to Jamie for years and trusted her to get it right. I left on Saturday in tears over what she did to my color. At first, it came out neon clown orange and I started to cry. She tried to "fix" it by putting pink over it, but I ended up leaving the salon looking like the little mermaid rather than the light rose gold ginger she had done so perfectly on me for months. She got the wrong color, tried to convince me that it was right by bringing out the color swatches from the brand and saying that the purple mixed in would tone it down. Then, when it came out horribly wrong, she tried telling me it was probably a mistake from the brand because they mix the colors in big vats. Obviously trying to pass the blame onto someone else. She would not give me a refund after I spent a couple days trying to adjust to the color and try to be okay with it. If this was the color I had wanted, I would have been totally happy. But it's not. I wasn't going to write a review, but when I texted her asking for a refund she said no and sent another passive aggressive text thanking me for my "insults." Incredibly unprofessional and childish. Attached the color she'd previously done on me that was correct along side the butchered color. Don't go to Jamie for anything but the most basic things. She will not write down your formula.
