Drove from Palm Springs to get my hair done by Josie, for the 1st time. I heard she is the BEST! And, she truly is! Got color & a haircut. My hair feels so soft & healthy. She mastered the color I was asking for. I now have beautiful blonde/caramel color. Thank you Josie! I will definitely be back. ❤️❤️

I want to give a BIG shout-out to Maria @Salon 860 West! After moving to CA it was difficult finding the right hairdresser. After trying a few out with no success, I was recommended to try Maria.So I gave her a try and all I can say is I found my hairdresser!!! She took the time to see what my hair needs were, made recommendations and i look and feel amazing every time I leave her chair! Maria does an amazing job with my color and cut!! I have never felt rushed.Maria is professional, talented and so sweet!!! Thank you Maria for being you!! I am always looking forward to our appointments!!!! Highly recommend Maria!!!

Beware. If i could put 0 stars i would. Ruined my SENIOR prom plans. Day of my prom, 15 minutes before my appointment, we are called and told that my appointment needs to be pushed back to 4pm??? That's insanity, my prom was an hour drive and I would've been so late to my prom plans. The lady on the phone was so rude, i'm assuming it was the owner, she had no care that she ruined my prom plans and was having a crisis. I had to run somewhere else and it was so stressful. My mom even called to confirm my appointment at 2pm and she said NOTHING. The lack of care for my time was very disappointing, changing the time last minute does not make me want to try this place again. She didn't even attempt to help get me in somehow and told us too bad. I had to scramble and find someone else to do my hair and make up and luckily they were very compassionate and i told them about this place and they were shocked and appalled. Do not book this place if them deciding to move you an hour later will affect you. Or even better go somewhere else. Thank you xx.

I'm so happy I found this salon. My stylist was Marilu and she did an amazing job with my highlights. I have very thick,long and curly hair and I wanted to get highlights for the first time. She was very patient and made the process so smooth. My hair turned out so beautiful and she did an amazing job. I am a client for life.

Let me start off by saying how AMAZING JOSIE AND HER TEAM ARE. I love getting my hair done and let me tell you the amount of times I've changed my hair at different salons before but they have never came out to my liking. After finding Salon 860 west and booking my appointment with Josie, I was nervous as this was a new place that I've NEVER been to. Once I walked in you are immediately greeted by her beautiful team, offering you water and snacks of your choice!. Once I sat down in Josie's chair it was like I had the floor to tell her what I was looking to do and what I didn't like. She was honest and told me what would be possible and I just basically let her do her magic & LET ME TELL YOU, I WAS IN AWH WITH HER WORK. I 1000% recommend this place, especially if you are like me who is very particular with their hair and only trust a certain people with it. JOSIE AND HER TEAM ARE IT! Thank you Josie for my beautiful hair!
