Interested in a unit. I met with Sam who was extremely helpful and thorough. She gave me a tour and answered all my Questions. The building is new, well lit and clean. Great experience.

Beware of a rate increase with no notice. I have been with this facility for over 5 months and I recently had an issue with my rate. I reviewed a change in rate on my online account without prior notice. I spoke with the site manager Sam about my increase and was advised that I received notice via mail and email. I informed the manager I did not receive any notices and asked for confirmation of my sent email. I was then told that she could only provide a verbal confirmation of my email. I later received a rate increase letter dated the same day regarding my 30-day notice confirmation. I also tried reaching out to customer service twice via email since the company has no direct customer service line for billing. As of today, I have received no response back. I later learned that my new rate is higher than larger units presented on the company's website. This company has a questionable way of conducting business.

Super awesome staff, very proactive, and I was able to view the unit before move in. The facility is clean and well managed, they even offer bottled water. 5/5!

I haven't been inside the unit yet, but I've been keeping my eye on this building since day 1 of its construction and I can't wait to feel the climate control and move all my stuff inside for a clutter free home.

Went in earlier in the day, Sam was very polite quick to greet and attentive, called back and asked her if the unit was still available and she said yes I'll have it ready. Sure enough was in and out in not time great service and Sam is a Gem!

I met with a very friendly and well trained staff. They gave me a tour and showed me how to get set up. This is a state of the art facility with security and the hours of operation make sense for people that need to access their storage before and after their 9 to 5 work day.
