Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. “After having moved numerous times over the years my wife (and friends) all know what a pain in the a$$ it is. Uhaul set us up with two of the best guys for the job. They showed up on time, with great energy and attitudes. We had 2bdrms an office living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, garage of tool boxes and tools. They both took great care and concern for our property. Loaded efficiently and utilized all available space in both the moving truck and when loading the storage unit. Thank you both Scott and Jacob. “Penske Perfect as usual! The lady and gentleman at the service desk, remembered me the first time I was there a year ago.! They Helped me right away and had me laughing way too early in the morning. Lol and every person in the shop I walked passed,put off a very positive vibe. The tech in the shop was very prompt in addressing a concern I had with a truck, and volunteered extra time to explain. And the gentleman from the service desk even came out and verified all my indicator lights were working on the truck. I have yet to have anything, other than positive experiences at penske!”

“Booked an appointment in person at U HAUL Placentia for the following day (Memorial Day) for purchase and installation of a trailer hitch. We arrived early and installation on customer before us had issues so our appointment was about an hour late. BUT, we had the BEST experience at this location from literally every employee we encountered from the two gals and a young man at the front counter, to the installation techs. Seriously, we had time to kill and waited there in the facility and observed many customers coming and going and literally ALL of them could not have had better service. Just wanted to share something nice and this entire experience was nothing but excellent. Thanks U HAUL Placentia, ALL of you.”
“Service was good but they forgot to tell me at the start where the liftgate button was or that it has one and had to spend unnecessary time on that but we called and found the button and it worked fine after that

“I just had a great experience with Santa. I had an emergency that needed same day delivery for a forklift. She promised she'd call me back, talked to her drivers, moved stuff around, AND called me back to coordinate it. This is the same day on a Friday. Fantastic customer service!”
“Sun state is a winning rental company. I recall needing a scissor lift asap for one of my clients when completing an installation turn key as I had sold a 300k sale of compressed air systems to spacex. My 3rd party installer needed a scissor lift and it was the last day to complete the install and sun state came through. I wouldn’t mind working for this company as an outside account rep of given the opportunity. They are a great business company”
“I'm moving 1200 miles away and uhaul gave me a truck that wobbled at 45 miles and didn't feel safe. I called penske instead because I heard they have better trucks which is very true. The truck they gave me was bigger and had half the miles uhaul gave me. Matthew was the rep I talked to and he worked with me making a very quick reservation after I had to quickly refund with uhaul. He got me the best deal possible and I'm very happy I called. Definitely recommend using this company and even more so call don't do it online. They are the best and try their best to help. I will never use uhaul again. Penske all the way.”

“This so-called "UHaul Neighborhood Dealer" is actually Kayso Intl Inc. The white young man working there is fantatic. He went out of his way to help; without him, I would be in deep trouble.
On the other hand, UHaul's headquarters and regional office administrators and managers are terrible. They screw things up. They just sent me a feedback form and offered me to share it here. My feedback is "The question "Did your goods arrive safely" does not make sense. You have not shipped it to my home, how do I know whether it arrives safely. There are other things that do not make sense. For example UHaul emailed me a couple receipts tonight seemingly related to the UBox rental but it uses code like "AA" as the "equipment" I rented and language that is non-understandable. No idea what UHaul are talking about. That clearly shows that UHaul workers are very self centered and do not really know what they are doing."”
