Shaila is incredibly easy to work with, and has the ability to get you exactly what you want as a client. We were working with another realtor for a long while. Buying a home can be stressful. Due to the severe shortage of inventory it was hard to find a home that met our criteria, and when we did find one, then either the price was too high or there were crazy overbidding that made it impossible to buy the property. Amidst this rather unusual and crazy time, Shaila worked very diligently in not only finding homes that met our criteria, but also advised us of all the pros and cons, so that we can make the right decision. Once we selected the house, and the seller accepted our offer, she made sure every single paperwork is done right and on time so that we could meet the "close date" as agreed in the contract. She has been a very professional consultant during the whole process and also a friend with a lot of patience. I am sure she will bring similar experience to all her customers.
