I came to buy shoes and an employee named Manny greeted me and was helping me out. When I was deciding between two shoes, he gave me his thoughts about them from his own personal experience since he owned both and I left with some clean Nike Dunks. Really appreciate Manny’s and everyone else’s customer service.

Terrible service & they close whenever they want, they serve reluctantly, I came on a Sunday at 5 pm & they didn't let me in because they were going to close & the closing time on Sunday they say it is until 7pm ? ?

Great customer service!! These people are awesome and make you feel valued, with the great service they provide. Christian helped us out even though we were asking for many shoe sizes to try on, along came Manny to help out as well. These boys were patient with us and very helpful. I highly recommend this place next time you are looking for shoes, they have a line of clothing as well.

Peter was super helpful during my visit to this location today. My experience was seamless and fun while shopping for my new shoes! The store was also very clean and organized. Highly recommend the Shoe Palace at Brea Mall!

Yo this shout out goes to Jorge and Peter the tag team dynamic duo. These two went above and beyond and delivered a spectacular customer service experience.I went to Brea mall looking for specific shoes the New Balance 9060, shoe palace was the very first store I came to and glad I did.When you step into a store there's two things you expect off the bat, #2 if the item you're looking for is in stock and #1 at least for me customer service. You're shopping experience becomes a totally different experience if you experience excellent customer service as oppose to crappy customer serivice and I've experienced both. Jorge and Peter are the best of the best they delivered the best experience I can get and which is why I decided to come back and buy from shoe palace. Thanks again guys I will be come back!

Esther provided excellent customer service- professional greeting upon arrival; gives you space to shop; available when you need to check size availability; rushes through the store to retrieve shoes for customers; returns with a smile and correct shoe; helpful with questions; smooth cashier transaction with positive vibes and energy.
