extremely rude and lacks any type of communication/ customer service skills. I purchased on a friday around noon through their ebay store, their ebay listing says that orders placed after 4:30pm will be shipped the next business day. I received a notice of tracking number created the following monday, no problem I understand maybe a little busy on friday.Wednesday evening I use the tracking number and it's still showing as Tracking number created but shipper not yet in possession of the package. I sent them a message asking about the process time and why the package still has not shipped with a screen shot of the tracking on the UPS website- They replied "what's your point" . I explained my point and received nothing unprofessional and childish/rude replies. Thursday evening I finally received an email from UPS that they were in possession of the package. So much for next business day shipping.I buy around $100k worth of automotive parts per year, quite a few of them being clutches and clutch related parts. I will never buy from this company GRIPFORCE again.

Bought a clutch kit for my car and it broke apart in the first 60miles due to a defective rivet, It damaged my transmission also. When I tried to get it warrateed or my money refunded they would not honor it! They will excuse after excuse why they will not refund your money! Liars and thieves! Do not trust this company!

Within a year usage and few miles drive my throwout bearing has already failed. My driving speed is moderate and I have never raced with it before. Definitely I will not patronize their product again.

I got the product i ordered for but there was so much delay before i receive it. I plead with the management to work on their shipping policy in order to maintain scheduled time for ordered products to reach the final user.

My Exedy Stage 1 clutch kit lasted just few miles, and it always chattered in 1st and 2nd gear. It had a bad odor too like it was always burning up. This was probably the worst clutch I've ever had, for any car.

Got a xtr stage 2 clutch kit with flywheel mar 2016 now it's Feb 2017 got what I paid for garage hope nobody falls victim at least I got to drive around LA 1998 toyota tacoma n/a 33 inch tires nothing special hoping I would have got more then 11 months out of this clutch kit

This company is absolute garbage and so is their product. Wanted to upgrade my clutch and flywheel for my 05 Rx8,so I Purchased a clutch and flywheel kit from this company on eBay. Their product description shows 1 year warranty. The clutch exploded after 12 miles. And looking threw their reviews in bit the only victim!!!! Contacted company and they reply, " unfortunately we can not replace or return this item because it has been used or altered." Do not fall with this company!!! All I wanted was a warranty replacement. I installed the original clutch until I could get this resolved, it feels better that their junky stage 2 clutch. One again stay away from this company!!!!

I needed a clutch kit in a hurry so I bought a kit from Speed Solution on eBay because they were in Brea which is a hour away. They didn't say that the kit was coming from GA, over a week to get here so I couldn't get the job out of here or get paid for the job. Never again.
