I've been to The Realm a few times, and each time I've gone it's been great service and a great atmosphere. It's fun to walk in and see people enjoying some games while browsing the shop. The workers are super nice and are very encouraging, I asked for a recommendation on starting painting mini's and the guys there gave me a full crash course and showed me tons of great options from a huge selection. I can't recommend it enough!

I did not have a good experience with the release of Warhammer Old World.I had called 2 weeks before release to ask if they will get any Grail Knights from the new release of Warhammer Old World ( they sold out quick with online pre orders on the Gamesworkshops' site). The gentleman said yes, they will get 1 box of each. I then asked if I could reserve them, and he said yes, not a problem. They took all my info, and I thought I was set. Well...... I got a call from the store about 30 minutes later saying, "Sorry, we can't hold them because we are only getting 1 of each, it'll be first come, first serve." I was upset because if that was the case, they should have never told me yes in the first place. They knew they were getting a limited stock when I called, it's a classic case of a store over promising.I still wanted these models, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I called 3 days before release to make sure they were coming in on the 20th, because if it's first come, first serve, I wanted to wait outside before they opened. They told me the shipment was delayed, and I understood and had 0 issues with that. It's what I was told next that bothered me. They said because they had so much interest in the grail knights, that it wasn't first come, first serve, they would be doing a lottery. They will give everyone 1 free ticket, and if you want to increase your chances, you can get more tickets by buying other Warhammer Old World product from them. What kind of cash grab is this store running, are they getting their marking ideas from EA games??This left a horrible taste in my mouth. Not only was I told two things that they went back on, but it ended up being a cash grab. It sounds like this store suffers from a lack of good management, and I recommend shopping at a more respectable store, such as Brookurst Hobbies.

this game shop is easy to find, clean, with fair prices and a good selection of products. the staff is made up of knowledgeable gamers, eager to answer any questions. they welcome customers who are unfamiliar with gaming in general, and they're happy to make recommendations. i have to say that the current store is a great improvement over the previous location.

Great store. The staff is so knowledgeable and eager to talk games. They recommended a great game to me and my family loves it. Cool atmosphere too, there are usually people playing board games when I go.

10/10 killer 40k community. Everyone is mega friendly. Good for casual games, but absolutely not lacking on competitive army lists if that's what you're looking for.

Gf and I wandered into this shop just for a quick look. We came during a Warhammer session, and so it was moderately busy. They had some pretty good deals going on, like 2 for $1 comics and discounted graphic novels. As someone who's not entirely invested in comics, it was nice to pick it a few issues for cheap to start with. Didn't have employees come and help us or ask questions, but that's wasn't necessary since we were browsing. The place is somewhat small, but it is organized and doesn't feel like there's just comics lying around loosely. Would definitely come back again if we're in the area.

Small game shop with a decent variety and a surprising amount of table space for the square footage. They carry more Battletech than any other local store near me so I tend to come here first when I'm looking for some new minis. They have a loyalty program that's actually impactful, and not just a dollar here or there.

Great 10% program for everything: Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, Killteam, Underworlds, Star Wars X-Wing, Team Yankee, Flames of War, D&D, Board Games and comics, plus much more. Great location, plenty of parking, tons of tables and terrain. Hard to ask for a more welcoming and friendly staff and environment

Have been coming to this place for many many years even before the moved and I have always loved it. For the most part wargamers in this shop do not have good social skills so please be slow and calm at first.

Absolutely terrible customer service, employees are insufferable as their staff actively avoid assisting customers with their orders or legitimate concerns. They'd rather focus on a game of Warhammer 40K and paint their miniatures than follow up on an online order or purchase of a few slicks from the stand. Avoid this place like the plague.

Great selection for diorama materials and miniatures. They have all kinds of brands. Monument paints, gamers grass, etc. They also have a rewards program. $100 gets you $10.
