“I own a BMW and had been struggling to find a good local mechanic in Brea who actually knows BMWs inside and out. After a bad experience with a previous mechanic in Fullerton who didn’t do nearly as good of a job, I decided to take my car to Charlie’s Auto Repair — and I’m so glad I did!
Mike, the car mechanic there, is honest, skilled, and truly trustworthy. He took the time to diagnose my car properly and went above and beyond with the repairs. Not only did he fix the main issue, but he also repaired my hood latch and even added oil to my car. It’s rare to find a mechanic who genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer drives away completely satisfied.

“They sent a tow truck to us and it took awhile to arrive. When the man checked under the hood with all his equipment and couldn't locate the problem via his attachments he then asked for the keys and inserted them repeatedly ( 6 times) into the door and then he started the engine up immediately. Who knew the kill switch was directly linked to the alarm? Sure made us believers. He apologized for our wait and we told him we heard there was a lil traffic jam on hilltop and L st due to an accident and not to worry. Just very professionally savvy and polite to apologize for his late arrival when it was beyond his control. Nice kid.”
