Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. “I wanted to leave a review just because of their outstanding customer service! I rented a U-Haul and the check in process was super easy. I got my return time mixed up and ended up dropping it off an hour later than what was supposed to. The man at the front desk who helped check me in was so so kind and understanding. He made me feel so at ease for the honest mess up and it’s just so refreshing to be treated so well!! Can’t recommend this place enough!!”
“Came to visit L.A. with my partner for a few days during the Independence Day weekend. Jose and the team did everything they possibly could to make the rental process as smooth as possible. “Great service! Great location. We dealt with John who was more than willing to help us from day one on the phone. Husband initially booked online a month prior to us needing the truck. We found out we needed to make adjustments to the reservation. When we called the office John took care of the issue and kept in touch with us as promised. The day of the pick up was a bit busy inside the office. However, the employees acknowledged us and let us know they would be helping us shortly. I noticed when others came in they were just as courteous as they were with us. I was pleased to see their professionalism.
John made picking up easy and efficient. He helped us understand the vehicle transport hitch, which was very useful when we had to do it at home. I will definitely go back to that same location if needed. Most certainly recommend this location to anyone who needs a U-Haul.”

“Penske Perfect as usual! The lady and gentleman at the service desk, remembered me the first time I was there a year ago.! They Helped me right away and had me laughing way too early in the morning. Lol and every person in the shop I walked passed,put off a very positive vibe. The tech in the shop was very prompt in addressing a concern I had with a truck, and volunteered extra time to explain. And the gentleman from the service desk even came out and verified all my indicator lights were working on the truck. I have yet to have anything, other than positive experiences at penske!”

“My husband and I got here super late, we needed to get a rental van. Chris the staff at the location was super helpful and understanding. He didn’t make us feel bad for walking in 5mins before they closed. The process was fast and it was affordable as usual with Uhual (we only needed to go a few miles from a local HomeDepot). The place was clean and very organized. Chris thanks again. I’m literally in the car (Hubby is in the rental truck) writing this review, because it took about 5mins to get everything done.
