Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. “Penske Perfect as usual! The lady and gentleman at the service desk, remembered me the first time I was there a year ago.! They Helped me right away and had me laughing way too early in the morning. Lol and every person in the shop I walked passed,put off a very positive vibe. The tech in the shop was very prompt in addressing a concern I had with a truck, and volunteered extra time to explain. And the gentleman from the service desk even came out and verified all my indicator lights were working on the truck. I have yet to have anything, other than positive experiences at penske!”
