It was a very positive experience expect for it took a lot of gas to fill it up. Left it with a full tank which wasMore than I used. The 31 miles I drove cost me $52.11 in fuel to fill it up. I will use them again.

Unlike some of these other folks, I had a good experience here. I knew the door was blocked and I was aware that some folks felt they were treated poorly. I had the opposite experience.I had some trouble checking out online and the gentleman did come out to help me. He actually fully checked us out as we returned the truck and even offered and printed me a receipt. He was helpful, sympathetic and kind to me. I was grateful for the assistance!I hope to never rent a truck again, but would work with this store gladly.

TLDR: felt somewhat discriminated against. Passive micro-aggression. I could be wrong but maybe not. Do better. First off I want to say that I don't normally write reviews. However I felt the need to share my experience today because I was extremely disappointed by the service we received. To be fair I don't want to make any major assumptions, although after going over the events of my experience at this u haul, I feel as though I should share. My husband, mother-in-law, and I (who are all Asian) went to this location to rent a truck for about 2 hours for a quick move. Understandably, when we arrived, there was a table situated at the door due to COVID-19 restrictions. We asked the employee inside how the best way to rent a truck was as it was my first time, and he informed us that he was unable to assist us and that we would need to complete the request online and outside. We didn't think much of it so we started the process. Unfortunately because my phone is an older model, and my internet on my phone was so slow, we had requested to see if he would be able to directly help us.... He essentially told us no, even though he wasn't doing anything else and that despite his computer working, he couldn't do anything to help because we just had to do it online. Additionally, he placed the key IN the back of the truck then closed it with the padlock despite us sitting outside while we were working on the online reservation and he went back in. Eventually we were able to complete what we had to do and when we returned, we noticed that this same employee was assisting another couple (who appeared to be Caucasian) whom he allowed in the building with the table, originally blocking the entrance, moved aside and handed them their key. It felt strange since he seemed to be very adamant that we do not stand near the entrance when it was just us Asian folk, however he didn't seem to have an issue with this other party. As I came into the establishment I asked what the next steps were since we were done and he told me to place the key on the counter. When I waited/hesitated for the next step, he asked "oh do you want a total?" as if he hope that I would just leave ASAP. I said yes and he decided to wear gloves (again that's fine, since COVID) but he wasn't wearing any when assisting the previous couple. All this to say, I probably won't be returning to this establishment even though I live very close to it. It was really unfortunate that we left feeling like this business went out of their way to not help us while they were more than happy to help others. I also really don't want to assume that this employee's behavior was a result of racially motivated micro-aggression. However, hopefully this can at least bring a little more insight to the management/staff/etc on how to treat everyone with the same respect moving forward.

Was supposed to pick up a truck at this uhaul, was told that we came to the wrong location and we were rerouted to another location with no notification, the clerk didn't even apologize for the mistake on their end. Terrible.

Will never use this place again. Make sure you check your bank statement they deducted more than the bill . They did not explain all the charges and was very very disappointed.

My wife and I rented a truck from here recently. Everyone was friendly and professional, we were told truck rental was first until closing time 5:30 (or would be charged $20 fee), then we were told we can have it until 10:00 am following morning. NOT ONCE were we told or mentioned that truck rental is charged per mile. You would think they WOULD mention this very important clause at time of rental, NOT AFTER WE NOTICE a rental we thought was for $50 a day (with insurance and moving supplies) to triple that amount charged to our credit card next day! Would recommend this place be more straightforward about costs, my wife and I will no longer give them business nor recommend them to our friends and family in area.

Have used this Uhaul about 6 times now. Staff is always super helpful and very efficient. They have good storage in the back of their vans and almost all of their Vans are brand new with low mileage. definitely will continue to use them, they always have cargo vans and 10 and 15 foot trucks whenever I need them, give them a call super nice staff
