I contacted Ubisec because our office needed immediate assistance with a firewall installation. After calling other local businesses with either poor costumer service or lack of response, I found Ubisec and quickly got in touch with Steve. He heard my concerns and was extremely helpful in coordinating an appointment for a technician to come on site and assess our situation. Austin showed up and provided exceptional client service and went above and beyond. Eddie was also very instrumental in making sure that we were taken care of and that everything went according to plan. Everyone I came in contact with from Ubisec was phenomenal and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our office was in a pinch and they truly saved the day! Thank you all for being so patient and helpful. I will definitely reach out for future assistance and wholeheartedly recommend your services to others.

Our company has been working with Ubisec for a number of years and I've been impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and their ability to work with the changing needs of our business...and we've been through a lot. Ubisec, helped us upgrade to a VOIP phone system, migrate to Office 365 and a fully cloud-based file storage environment (no more physical servers onsite), step up our cybersecurity tools, coordinate with our other contractors when we upgraded to a cloud-based ERP, and set up a virtual desktop environment so our remote team members are fully supported. Through all this, the staff at Ubisec has worked well with every member of our team, regardless of location or level of comfort with the technology. Really feels like I have my own IT department, which has allowed me to focus on the maintenance and growth of my business.

I'll keep this short and sweet. Ubisec has the skills needed to take care of almost any technical need from MS365 hosting and management to SOCaaS. The bonus? They are willing and able to work with SMBs which may not be able to find a skilled vendor to help without enterprise-level cost. Not a 'technical person'? Don't worry, they speak your language. They also have low churn so you get to know the guys you are working with. Relationships are important to me and to Ubisec as well.

We are a local service oriented business - a startup. As we moved our business into our office space in July of 2020, we looked to Ubisec for our network and telecom needs.
