A little over a year ago I changed banks from Wells Fargo to U.S. Bank. During that time, I have tried several times to use the location on Central Avenue in Brea. It is very hard for me to try to work with someone when they do not understand customer service. At least 70% of the time that I have tried to do things with this bank I've been confronted with attitude. This morning I attempted to use the bank at 9:15 AM. The markings on the glass door said 9 AM. There were hand printed signs that had a different time but when you were sitting in your car you cannot see the extremely small print of the new hours. Also the drive up window is extremely too tight for my vehicles to pass through and since you cannot go into this branch It really makes doing business here difficult. The Yorba Linda branch is not convenient however the staff there are 100% better in their customer service skills than this branch. I'm done with this location.

Horrible service! Called to get my account # because was filling a application and needed it right than. Was told I'd have to go a branch just to get it. Seems really ridiculous when they could easily verify my information by phone and give the # like other banks do.

Best US Bank ever! Been banking here for 3 years and everyone is amazing. The manager, assistant have always been great to me. Thank you Aline, Nancy and staff. Tawnee is great as well. Will continue to bank there as long as these individuals are there. They always use my name and remember previous conversations we have had and are so informative and knowledgeable.

I went to this branch to wire money to a escrow for the closing of a home purchase. The branch manager submitted the request for me, later on, after an hour, they called my cell and said the wire got cancel, because some checks i deposited a week earlier the fund is not clear yet. This is ridicules, it showed I have enough fund under available balance. No body wanted to help. Now I'm screwed. Why would they not let me wire the money if it said available.

I've never personally had any issues with the bankers at this location. Everyone always smiles and were very welcoming when I came in. The tellers are always knowledgeable and answer all of my questions. I always get fast, prompt service and I'm in and out the door and on with my day. I wasn't a big fan of my debit cards changing and being sent new ones every 6 months for security reasons, even though I didn't have suspicious activity, they just kept sending new cards 2-3 times/year. I'd rather just keep one so I don't have to keep updating them for online bills. Otherwise, great crew at this location, always accommodating. I prefer this branch as opposed to the Imperial location/whom are always slammed busy

I usually only post positive reviews, but this needs to be said. I've been with US Bank for about 10 years. I've consistently gone to the same branch too. I recently moved and now go to this one. For 10 years, I've been depositing checks (my own or ones that have been endorsed to me). After my wedding, I deposited all checks into my account even though my husband's name is not on my account yet. Whether the checks were made out to him, to me, to both, or to either, I deposited them all. I've deposited checks from US Bank members or not who have endorsed checks to me. I deposited my husband's endorsed check into my account last week, which we have done several times. Without any warning, E-mail, phone call, or letter, US Bank took the money out of my account. I had no idea. All of a sudden my account is negative. I went in today, and the lady said they are not allowed to deposit any check into my account unless my name is on it. Two miles away, my mom went to a US Bank and handed the teller a personalized check made out to me and asked her to put it in my account, so she could help me get out of the negative that US Bank put me in, and the teller deposited the check!!!! How can one branch be so different from ALL other ones? And if this is true, and for ten years they have been breaking the rules for me, why didn't anyone tell me? I want to know the checks I put in the bank are legal, approved, following the rules and THAT I WOULD ACTUALLY GET MY MONEY. Why did no one notify me?! They just took the money out of my account to a loyal customer of ten years. They said hopefully the check comes back to me in the mail soon. Ya, I hope so too. It's been a week. Doesn't seem legal that I had no notification or that I wasn't told from start what the rules were and now I'm being punished.

They hold my mortgage and i hate them. They pre-approved the loan and we gave them plenty of time to close but they kept having issues and forced us to close at a higher rate and we were still late so we had to pay per diem charges for everyday that we were late, they did not communicate with us or escrow and blamed everyone else for the issues when they were the cause for us being late. They didn't seem to care about us. Or agent said they were the worse bank she has ever had to deal with.

Best branch I've ever dealt with in any bank (including the one I worked for for 10+ years. Always willing to solve my problems, and even on bumps in the road, have always given me satisfactory explanations. Will always recommend this branch.

Nice bank tellers. Knowledgeable and helpful. What more can you ask for?!
