Carly was amazing. She took the time to really listen to me and answer all of my questions not once did I feel rushed. The cherry on top was, I walked out of there with my bill a few dollars less and I got an additional line to use as a “home phone”She even showed me exactly what my bill is going to look like and I just got my bill today and it was exactly what we talked about!!in all of my years with Verizon I don’t think that has ever happened!!

3 days ago, I went to the Brea store to get a new phone. I waited for an hour since I was a walk in and talked to a lady employee for another hour to make a contract to get a new phone. The lady was unprofessional because whenever I asked a question, she would always go to the manager to get the answer; it seemed she did not know much about the phone plans. Anyways, everything went OK until I got upset last minute that they were charging me a transfer fee of $30. Usually, I wouldn't mind paying it, but they never told me upfront about this fee plus in August, my daughter and wife got new phones from here and never had to pay the $30 fee. When I asked why they were charging it, they said the fee was installed 1.5 years ago, which is something I've never heard about. I got upset and wasted 2 hours of my time and left. To make matters worse, I asked them to still keep my original phone plan since I didn't sign the contract, but they still changed it. It was only later today I found out they changed it, and I had to call Verizon headquarters directly for an hour in order to change their mistake. This is not professional, and I am disappointed about my experience here.

Absolutely outstanding, world class customer service. Pablo was incredible. Not only was he a true professional, but he worked extremely hard to help accommodate all our service needs, help monitor our budget requirements, was sympathetic to our previous negative experiences and didnt once rush us out the door or pressure us to hurry up. Manager Amy was also very kind and empathetic. Will be returning to Brea for all my Verizon service needs. Excellent team of customer service professionals out here! Kudos to Amy, Pablo and crew!

For the most part they were nice but didn’t like the fact that because it was 4:30pm then manager refuse to help me with my issue. I think you help and you do your work as long as it is open not whenever is convenient for employees or store to close, otherwise better to post somewhere that cut off time for appointments is 4pm then. Very disappointed on that part of the service.

There were three people in the store. I walked in and John a “specialist” was really nice and honest with me. I asked him a direct question and made sure no one was in the store but workers. I said who’s cheaper you or spectrum and then he said spectrum and starter to talk. I cut him off and said thank you and walked out. I winked at him. Lmfao then i went to spectrum who was totally rude and unhelpful after ai told them i have autism and am a little hard of hearing from my ADD. Anywho, i went back in version and told them the same thing and john refused to help me. He was mad because he lost the sale. It was Doms turn to help me. He refused to let dom help me or speak to a manager. The young lady that assisted me was so kind and truly beautiful inside and out. Short bob and she tried to help me but John (not active manager on site treated her like garbage. Talked over both of us and acted like we were “less than” when we are not. Woman are much more powerful then men if you don’t think that’s eat my a$$. That’s neither here nor there but ai think John needs a new job where he is paid less. What do you guys think?! Lmfao or just more training on how to handle disabled guests. But i say… “OFF WITH HIM!” Fire him and paint the roses red outside for the queen that’s getting promoted! Dom! Jk the lady should be the manager. Someone promote her! And Dom was an angel the whole time! Think he needs a promotion soon too he was so professional! Thank you Verizon but your employees are trash. (Most)

I just stepped out of this store due to bad customer service. I was told to wait because they have a customer ahead of me. While waiting, I saw at least two other customers stepped in the store after me, but they go ahead ignored me and serve others. I don’t mind to wait, but wait until there is no more customers in store. This is discrimination. It is raining hard in my area, and this is how Verizon is treating guest.Go to ATT store, better service… good forget VerizonI wish I can rate 0 starThanka

I described this specific Verizon location as dishonest, lying, misleading, and lack of ethics.I went to the store to clarify some billings issues. The representative offered me the "best plan" for my needs and sounded great until I got the billing. I was very disappointed. It almost double amount we agreed. I was offered unlimited international calls:.at the end was not in the package.I went back to the store and the explanation I received didn't sound right. I called Verizon directly by dialing 611 and finally I got a better explanation and experience.Recomendación: stay away from this location instead call 611 and you will get better service.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!I've been a loyal customer for 23 years. I walk into the store to buy 2 new phones on an upgrade. I'm looking at the phone & the employee tells me, "Sorry. We are closed. We can set an appointment for you to come back."Really, how do you turn away a customer that is ready to buy???I think I'll take my 23 years to another cell provider. Verizon has been getting worse and worse.

I went there to get help putting on my screen protector for my I Pad. The guy at the door didn't even ask for my cell number. He was rude. Told me they didn't carry those screen protectors. I told him I purchased the I Pad, keyboard and screen protector over the phone. He again told me no, that was not their product. So I left feeling very dissatisfied with their customer service experience. I would definitely not recommend this store.

The employees at this location are super nice and helpful. Pablo was able to help me with my order issues and he was super patient and went above and beyond. He also explained the bill and promotions very clearly so you understand every detail. Highly recommed!

Waited for 1hr. , very poor customer service !! Staff was horrible !! Demeaning toward customers!! Just an ALL around terrible service !! (This is the store ) on imperial Hwy , brea . Location .. They need to be Trained for customer service !!We have ALL our phones w/ Verizon!! Would NOT shop @ this location again !! Just disappointed, frustrated!!poor shopping experience , ALL staff needs to be trained again!! Even, the mgt team!!

I had some issues with my phone. They were able to guide me to find the right solution for me. Very friendly and helpful team. I'll definitely come back here when it's time to upgrade my phone!
