I just wanted to take the time to appreciate Leslie Linares, she was very helpful with sending my wire for my first time buying a home and also helped me multiple times in sending other wires. The first time I needed to send wire, I forgot to make an appointment online and called her just 15 mins before closing, she still accomodated me and in fact stayed extra 20 minutes post closing time to ensure I get the best service. I really appreciate and admire her 5 star customer service. She explained everything in detail and made the process not only a breeze, but a fun experience. I am really impressed with her astuteness, efficiency, and friendliness. She is definitely a shining star at Wells Fargo. Anytime I need some banking help, I will definitely be calling on Leslie.

Who the heck closes every branch except 1 within a 3 mile radius on Saturday. So we all can stand in line likes we are at Disneyland.

Terrible. Long line with full of customers but only two tellers are working. It seems their time is valuable but not the clients. Thing should move to crypto quickly.

All Wells Fargo banks have the worst business hours. Not working for a working full time parent. Opens after I start work and closes before I get off work. Does not work for my needs will have to change banks soon

This branch is super weird they never have new bills whenever I need them. Tellers never try to look for new bills even I’ve ask them about it, there are some reasons this branch doesn’t have a good rating on Google

When you are made a priority by a solid team with a great leader you have to share your experience not only to show appreciation but to promote leaders like Chris Cozza, their branch manager. Beyond being personable and very professional Chris insisted that I knew he was their to really help. Awesome customer service!

The couple times we have been to this branch we were helped by Ubaid. He has helped my husband open his business account. He was very professional and attentive and answered all our questions.

I am in my early 20's and I will never for the rest of my life come back to Wells Fargo and neither will my family. That's how bad my experience with this bank was. I was introduced to Wells Fargo through my girlfriend after having helped her set up a savings account here. I said eh why not let's give Wells Fargo a try (I was and currently am with Chase). I sat down and talked with the lady everything was fine, I let her know what I would be using the checking account for that I would be depositing via PayPal due to my self employment as a web developer. That I was in the process of starting my LLC and that I currently had a business account with Chase. She said ok. I continue my business. I come to the bank to withdraw a few thousand dollars and am told my money is on "hold" and they were possibly going to withhold my money indefinitely. This is $8,000 total in my checking account that they would not release to me. Never gave me a direct reason why and were very rude about it. Long story short after a week or so back and forth with them they finally released the funds and I closed the account. I'm not ever making that mistake again. Thanks Wells Fargo

I met with Personal Broker Leslie Linares to complete a complicated wire transfer. She was absolutely amazing! The customer service I received was 5 star all the way. She even asked to reschedule her lunch in order to complete several financial transactions I needed. Leslie went beyond to make my experience top notch. Literally the best banking customer service I ever had!! Thank you Leslie- Wells Fargo should be proud to have you an an employee!

Yeah, I know all about Wells Fargo's rep, and likely a lot of it they earned. But, and it's a nice 'but' for them, I have been with Wells Fargo since 1993, and none of that stuff happened to me. Now that I'm retired, I don't need the Wells Fargo account any more. I only used it to deposit my pay check, written on a Wells Fargo account, so I'd get immediate credit. I was pleasantly surprised at what happened when I went in to close out the account. The teller told me I'd have to see a "Banker". "Oh, joy!", I thought. "I'm going to get a run-around, designed to keep my account open, blah, blah..."But Rafael Bustos, of the State College Branch in Brea, didn't mess around. He asked the obvious question, "Why?" and I explained. His immediate response was, "Cool!" Of course he was wondering if I wanted to do a direct deposit of my Social Security check into the account and I told him no. And that was the end of the questioning. But not the end of the surprises! He looked at my history and say that all I did was cash my check, leave a small balance and then cash the next check, etc., etc. So he said that he was going to waive the last three months of my monthly fee and give that to me, along with the small balance in the account. In effect, he freakin' doubled the money I'd been expecting! I was obviously not expecting that!!Would I open another account with Wells Fargo? It's not likely to be necessary, but I would not avoid them. They have a large footprint in SoCal, which is always handy, and as stated, I never suffered any of the problems that made the news a few years ago. And lastly, knowing that there might be more people like Rafael, why not?!
