I have been buying my varied ink cartridges from Westcoast Ink and Toner (formerly Cartridge World, Brea, CA) for more than 10 years. The cartridges have always fit, never leaked and provided ample copies during the ink run. Rafael and Kevin have helped me with printer malfunction issues, over the phone or by my bringing my printers into their location. Some issues were easily remedied by their printer knowledge and they didn't try to upsell me with replacement cartridges or new models. Yes, I can pay less purchasing cartridges online. But I want/need to keep my equipment well-maintained to last its lifetime. I prefer to have ink cartridges that I know aren't expired; filled freshly, locally by an actual human being I see face-to-face; don't leak; and are backed by a brick-and-mortar business-owner with many years of experience and customer service. Quality ink cartridges are my printers' gas!

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! You will be asked to pay in advance of receiving ANYTHING from them....services, toner, etc. I initially contacted this company to service our Konica printer. $1,500.00 later and the problem that I wanted corrected still isn't working! I prepaid for toners that were NEVER delivered and after two months of getting the run around by Bill; I was told they couldn't supply the toners I paid for and that they would refund my money. Well I've been waiting over a month and NOTHING. Now, they don't answer my calls or emails. Wish I could give ZERO stars!

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT buy from these people. I don't normally write reviews, but felt it was important to leave my review on this company. I had called this company to have a color copier I owned repaired. Salesman "Bill" came to my home and looked at the printer I own. He said that it would be better if I had purchased a newer model copier. I explained that I was not working and that I needed the copier for school. He told me that he understood and that he would make things easy for me and just have me to put down a down payment and I would I be able to make payment arrangements on the balance. He was to deliver the item, but said that he had vehicle problems and could not get the copier to me the day he promised after I waited all day and blowing up his phone trying to figure out what happened to him. Later that evening he said that he would deliver the next day. Again I waited and waited. Things began to feel a little strange, so I decided to cancel my order. He said that he would refund my money, but it would take 45-60 days (it didn't take that long for him to take the money from my account). I called my bank to let them know that felt like I was a victim of fraud. The issued a courtesy credit to my account immediately, stating they would try to resolve with the company. After several months of trying to resolve the matter my bank reversed the courtesy credit stating they were unable to reach the company to validate. I then called the company directly (over, over, over again with no answers or call backs- I finally had to pretend that I was a new victim, they called right away) I explained that they took my money and I have no merchandise from them. So I lose both ways. They sent me an email that they would refund my money but it would take 30 days. I waited the 30, I email them back asking when I should expect my money, they emailed back and said that it was going to take another two weeks. As of this date, I have yet received my money, they won't answer my emails or phone calls (by the way... this all took place back in September 2017). I am really not sure why they are still in business- SHADY COMPANY- they don't even deserve one star!!! Don't buy anything from them!!!!
