“I got a flat tire this morning and was told to call here. Bryan assisted me over the phone and was so kind!! Pricing was super fair also! He sent a technician about an hour or so later to my location. Super helpful and informative, showed me images of the huge gash in my tire from possibly running over metal. (Can’t remember his name but very great customer service!) Would use them again! Thankful to have found this company for future business.”

“Jared at wheel works took very good care of me. I am deeply grateful for their hard work and skill. I was run over by an irresponsible/distracted motorist while riding my dyna. I broke my foot and wrist, but the damage to my bike was what really hurt.
I knew the damage was significant and I was worried that insurance wouldn’t cover the damages or that this shop couldn’t help me. I had a prior experience with wheel works when my clutch cable (different bike) broke mid ride. Somehow I limped and wheelied my way over to wheel works and I had the most positive and supportive experience. They even found me a ride home.
So I called Jared, and he sounded very confident that he could take care of my bike. So I got my bike towed over to the shop and they immediately welcomed me and my broken bones. They showed me all the cool bikes they were working on and thoroughly inspected the damage to my bike. Jared assured me they could fix up my dyna and that they would handle all the back and forth with insurance. He even let me pick a few upgrades I’d been eyeing before my accident.
I know it wasn’t easy to source all the parts for my particular bike, but they put her back together with a lot of love. And that means a lot to me. I’ve been back on the bike more consistently since the accident, and it’s a whole new bike. Better than it’s ever been.
Wheel works does a thorough job of going through your bike and getting it road ready. Jared and everyone at wheel works, thank you for all that you do. I’m very grateful and now a loyal customer.

“I came across these 24inch spinners and I was going crazy trying to find the hardware for them I live in north minneapolis and everyone I talked to said they discontinued I searched hard and wayne wheels got me together asking the right question given them the right answer. “Let me tell you all about Nitrous Garage - these guys are lifesavers! In the past few months, my car's tires have been taking a beating from all these potholes. Recently, one tire started wobbling like crazy.
I took it to a big box store, and they dropped a bombshell: the tire was separating, and they said I needed to contact the manufacturer. Ugh, this sounded like a huge hassle!
So, I called the manufacturer, and guess what? They told me to go back to the original installer for a warranty claim because they don't deal with customers directly. I was totally discouraged, picturing weeks of waiting and frustration.
But then, a miracle! I called Nitrous Garage and spoke with the owner, Marc. He was amazing! He told me to just bring my car in, and he would replace the tire for free and handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer.
I was floored! A company actually willing to go the extra mile and take care of me? They ordered the tire that same day, and I came back the next morning. To my surprise, they whisked my car right in and replaced the tire with zero hesitation.
Here's the best part: I fully expected to pay for mounting, balancing, and all that jazz. But when they brought the invoice... it said ZERO. I almost fainted! Companies just don't take hits like that for customers anymore, and Nitrous Garage did it without blinking.
Let me tell you, I'm a Nitrous Garage customer for life now! They deserve way more than 5 stars. Thank you, Marc, for being absolutely awesome and taking such exceptional care of me! You guys are the best! From now on, Nitrous Garage gets my business for all things tires and wheels”

“I am a younger woman who seems to always get swindled, especially when dealing services such as this. I walked in 20 minutes before closing shop, talked with Ian the manager who is just absolutely wonderful, and they were able to repair my punctured tire in under 15 minutes for an amazing price. This is AFTER going to a tire shop, Zubys, down the street that just got done telling me the tire was unfixable and quoted me close to $400 for 2 new tires. Ian and the mechanics at this shop are just amazing, he even offered to let me come in to teach me how to change and fix a flat on my own for no price. They have absolutely made my week with their service. They have gained a lifelong customer as well as endless praise and recommendations to all my friends and family. Very very happy customer and would 11/10 recommend.”

I had issues with the tpm sensors initially installed but Brandi and Sean took the time to contact the manufacturer and found me the correct sensors. Brandi even ordered 2 sets just incase 1 of the sets was defective. They kept me in the loop the entire time on what they were doing and the next steps and were always responsive when I called.
