Went in for gas and chips and I gotta say I was super impressed with the customer service from the gentleman and lady working this evening (2/2/24 @ 9:30pm for schedule reference) They were super friendly and personable. They also helped us pick out some chips and dip for my son and he was thrilled. I'm sure most of their customers are just in and out getting gas and necessities and don't pay the cashiers no mind but these guys were fantastic! Give them a raise cuz u just gained a life time customer. I'll only fill up here from now on! Excellent job to both of them. You should be proud to have them on your team.

I went to an ampm store at the 6481 Lone Tree Wy on Christmas morning to buy cigarettes. The clerk asked me for ID and I showed her my benefit card with my name and date of birth on it,her name seems to be bunnty, but she told me I needed a photo ID. I then showed her my passport and she actually tried to take it and check it. Is this what you allow? I'm thirty years old and I don't want to have anything unpleasant with anyone. I just want to buy a pack of cigarettes.

Terrible business terrible management six month old Toyota forerunner. Damage on both sides from the car wash wouldn't recommend ever bring any vehicle through there.

They're Car Wash will kill your car!!! Totally destroyed the paint on my friends car. When asked to fix the problem the store manager told him to GTFO and did not care. Glad to see Corporate doing the lords work...

Came to get a quick wash today and typically it's just a quick interaction, not much to it but today Christal was working and she made the visit so much more enjoyable than normal. She had a glowing, contagious smile and was super sweet!

This review is only for their car wash as I don't pump gas here.Came here to use their car wash and the gentleman was very nice. The soap was colorful and there was plenty of it, I know some car washes are very stingy with the amount of soap that comes out.I'll be back for a car wash when in the area.

Moving forward I called Ashley the manager for corporate we're on the phone talking she sends me pictures of what my car looks like through the tunnel. I'm like OK what is that showing. She says you can clearly see your antenna hanging on one screw I'm like what does that have to do with the fact that the car wash knocked my antenna off she basically says that I pulled up to the car wash with my antenna already loose yea that's a lie I know what my car look like when I brought it to you guys don't sit here and lie to me. If you don't wanna pay for the damages just say that but don't sit here and lie and make me seem like I'm crazy. I even told her I already know you guys have other incident reports to handles she said " what no we don't " hmm really that's funny because THATS NOT WHAT JEANNIE SAID! ( YES I MADE SURE I GOT NAMES OF THE PPL I SPOKE TO ) So I said OK if that's what you think show me the surveillance video of me pulling in to the parking lot, because every gas station has one and I told her if you tell me you don't have one you're lying. And of course she had to hit me with the "I don't have a video "well go figure why would you because you guys don't wanna be responsible right? I told her if this doesn't get resolved then I'm going to be forwarding all this information to my insurance and if I have to take legal action I will she tells me that she was going to talk to the owner of ampm I guess and he told her to tell me to go to two locations to get an estimate. Excuse me I shouldn't have to do all that just to make your life easier. AMPM makes a lot of money I'm sure They won't go broke breaking a couple hundreds out of their bank account. Like I said this place is a joke they're cheap and terrible customer service INCLUDING CORPORATE! AND OF COURSE I have receipts of messages from Ashley from corporate! GOOD JOB ASHLEY you're such a professional! And yes if anyone is curious I am taking things up with my insurance! And of course it's NO STARS. Word of advice ampm you need to learn how to be a business with professionalism and learn how to take accountability when you are at fault. Let me tell you guys if you go here to their wash and they brake something they got ALL kinda of excuses besides the fact that their wash is the problem. I've taken my car to multiple gas station car washes and never had an issue until I went to that one. SO I REPEAT STAY AWAY!

Very high prices on gas, if you really want to take me off you do with this station did. They raised the price on their gas overnight then to add insult to injury they charged an extra $.10 per gallon if you use your debit card
