Feedback on Recent Store Visit - Improvement OpportunitiesI visited your store with my mom on 11/16/23 at approximately 8:20 pm to purchase a new battery for my car. Unfortunately, I felt compelled to share my experience due to the lack of customer service we encountered during our visit.Upon entering the store, there was no immediate assistance available, and when we proceeded to the "Battery Zone," the individual at the desk seemed preoccupied and did not acknowledge us. After my mom sought assistance, we were surprised by the response, "I'm busy in the middle of something," leaving us feeling unattended.Despite the employee's apparent workload, we communicated our need for assistance with al battery. However, the response we received was less than satisfactory, with the employee expressing reluctance to interrupt their task of counting money. When I inquired if there was another staff member available, I was informed that someone else was in the back or the bathroom.As the employee reluctantly assisted us, another staff member emerged from the back, engrossed in their phone and not acknowledging or offering help to their colleague who appeared stressed and overwhelmed.Throughout the interaction, the assistance provided was delivered with an apparent lack of enthusiasm, culminating in a rushed inquiry about which battery I wanted. While I did make a purchase, I left the store feeling bewildered by the overall experience.Having worked in customer service for over five years, I can empathize with the challenges of being understaffed and the pressures associated with closing procedures. However, the failure to acknowledge a customer seeking assistance was surprising. I cannot say I'd come back to this store especially with the array of other local options available.I hope this feedback prompts a review of customer service practices and provides an opportunity for additional training to enhance the overall customer experience.

I have a horrible experience with Stan or Dan he’s not helpful at all. I spend almost $400 dollars on AutoZone and all I got is he says he says he’s not touching my car and won’t help. All I need was to open the oil cap because it’s hard to open so I can put the additives in the engine. And the guy customer heard me and was able to open the engine cap.

I would not recommend anyone goi g here. My husband bought an alternator for my Honda Monday October 9. He returned it Tuesday the 10th since it was not the problem. He forgot to get a return receipt and now Stan is telling him he doesn’t know how to go back and print one. We have been trying every day to get our refund. Left messages with John the district manager and will be going in to talk to gabby today. We just want our $238 refunded. Check the cameras and check your stock and you will see it was returned.

This AutoZone was recommended to us by a really cool AAA driver wil. We went inside. They were extremely helpful, with getting our battery replaced as it was under warranty no hassle. Synth, made the difference. What could have been a bigger deal was very simple and easy.

I bought 3 windshield wiper blades for my van in November, 2 fit and 1 didn't. Tried to return blade that didn't fit even though their employee looked it up, went to the shelf and handed it to me. Tried to return it but didn't have receipt. I asked if the could look it up by my name, my phone number for their discount program, and by the card I purchased it with. All answers were no. Woman behind the counter said I would need the exact date of purchase. I went to my car, called my bank, got the date and the exact time of purchase, gave it to her and she said she couldn't find it in her system. No return possible. I was furious! Don't they recognize their own products and with the information I provided, WHAT WAS THE ISSUE???!!! I won't be back soon.

OVERDUE REVIEW: I bought a car battery from this location a year ago. The guy who originally helped me didn't put the right phone number so they weren't able to look up the transaction. I have my bank statement that shows the location & transaction number of where it was bought. I kept getting asked, are you sure you bought it here? Pat was really helpful & told us we needed to talk to Gabi. Gabi is the WORST MANAGER TO EVER HELP & ASSIST with our battery. While she ordered the replacement, we were told to come back & ask for her for the battery. We did. The representatives said she left no note, to come back the next day. We came back the next day & was told it might've been sold. Gabi took our phone number & said we will be notified when the shipment is in (around 2-3). No one called. We had to call the next day & was told they lost the piece of paper that had our number on it, but the battery was in. Today, we came to get the battery replaced. I was told by Pat they could do it, they could install. We get there & was told we had to remove the battery ourselves because according to GABI, it was raining. When it wasn't. According to the Autozone guys, they're not comfortable with touching other peoples cars. That's what we were told by one of the associates. The guy that did assist, replaced our battery. I turned the car on & it didn't turn on. The customer reps said they couldn't do nothing about it & the person who did help us? Had to do a delivery so we had to wait. They said it may have to do with a wire or something with the car. I had to call a family member to come help us because I had my son with me. They came & the Autozone customer rep who helped us stated that it might've been the cad itself since the battery is new but in fact, it was because the representative didn't install the battery correctly. Never again. This place with management and employees who don't feel comfortable replacing batteries or looking at the issue should be closed down or replaced with new employees that can actually work and assist.
