Such an outstanding difference from say Bank of America. At BofA, they'll have 2 tellers, a line out the door, and about 5 other employees milling around. BAC starts another teller as soon as there's 2 people in line. Great customer service ?

Best banking experience we've ever had! Such a friendly, personable staff -- from Diana, Heather, & Cindy to the admin staff, Rita & Lisa! We enjoy banking here in a true community setting! (Miss those that no longer work there: Bailey especially, but also Virginia, Sara, & Matthew!)

Today the website said we have to provide phone number to login, it is requirement. I do not have personal phone, is it means if I do not have phone, I cannot open bank account?

We have used this bank for 17 years and are very pleased with the location and services. The interest rates are always comparable, if not better than others. The tellers are very friendly and professional. I had one call me once because my signature looked off to her, now that is service! They have always gone above and beyond for my family. I can recommend them highly.

I use three different banks and this one is by far the most personable one. They know you by name and it always feels nice to do businesss with people who you know pay attention. There are always tellers availbale and they even have a drive-up window if you dont want to get out of the car. They have two locations in Brentwood located in very convenient spots. They have parking on all sides of the building and an ATM located in the front. I would not use another bank for my personal accounts. highly recommend!

DONT OPEN A ACCOUNT HERE!! I took my dad who has dementia here to open a account here because it was more convenient then standing in lines at wells fargo... after going through the entire process of opening the account and getting the initial deposit the bank manager took my dads paperwork and account information and said shes shredding it! She acted like I was forcing my dad to open a account here, I love my dad and do everything for him and she embarrassed me in front of every teller at the bank and made it seem I was forcing him. Before we even started I let the banker know I am his full time caretaker and have his power of attorney. Im a full time college student studying criminal justice, I own my own business and my family is everything. I think bankers and especially branch managers should be trained to deal with situations when a person with mental disabilities is opening a account, and know how to assist.

We have been using this bank for our family banking for about 40 years. We are known by name and have never been sorry. I believe in Supporting a community bank rather than a huge national bank that is often not honest with its customers.
