Their customer service is horrible. I came here few months ago to start a new account for my son. Because of Covid they told me I needed to schedule appointment. That I completely understood as time went on I was able to schedule an appointment. I get to a waiting area there they told me that I needed requirements ID and SS card which we didn't have. I told him I was frustrated because we weren't told him this before when we came in person and I have no to come back again. His excuse was that I should've known when I scheduled the appointment online. There was NO mentioning of any requirements online.ALSO he didn't mention anything that I didn't reschedule luckily Ronald still came and saw us. That man, Chester BRANCH MANAGER, just wanted to argue.Kept saying "you should've known" and "I'm just telling you".DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK...EVER.

SCAM ALERT! BEWARE! AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS! Ever since my family moved and has been using this specific branch, our bank account have been hacked TWICE! Once was a direct deposit at midnight, and by 9am the next morning, our entire account was depleted from THIS LOCATION! Went inside to complain and of course there were 5 other people in line for the exact same thing! It has to be AN INSIDE JOB! SOME SHADY SKETCHY EMPLOYEES THATS FOR SURE!

This has got to be the worst BofA that I have ever come across. They have 2 ATMs inside. and 1 of them wasn't working. The line for that 1 working ATM was super long...but, it was shorter than the line for a teller though. After standing in line for about 20 min and 1 person ahead of me left, that ATM gets an error message, and now this one was down as well. We were all pretty upset, and not a teller gave a hoot. There are 2 ATMs outside, so I hopped into my vehicle and got in line, and it was surprisingly moving really quick...that's because that ATM WAS ALSO NOT FUNCTIONING. That left 1 drive-up ATM and the line for it was ridiculous. I ended up just leaving. What a waste of my time. Avoid this bank like the plague.

I had the worst experience with this branch the lack of customer service sucks. I've been a customer of BofA since 1997 and their customer service has been declining. I opened accounts for my children since August 2021 and as of today despite several requests, we have not yet received their ATM cards. I sent into the branch and the person who greeted us took over 20 minutes explaining why she could not help us instead of using that time to do it. I will be banking elsewhere.

I've had the worst customer service experience here at this branch. I needed assistance several months ago and I was told to come back on the 6th of September. Max even handed me his business card and told me he would be the one to help me. When I returned on the 6th of September, I was greeted by an employee who really didn't comprehend my situation, he seemed fairly new to the job I suppose. He explained my situation to his manager who told me Max did not work at this location and know one would be able to help me because " I needed to make an appointment". I was also told to come back the next day at 2pm and an appointment was made for me, (by the new guy). Here I am on September 7th , I was told the manager isn't working today (after he told me to come on this day) and my name was never put in there system for an appointment.... Now I'm waiting to be seen another 30min past my "appointment" time. Hopefully this will help fix the communication and organization. Not so happy loyal customer.

Well I went in yesterday and an older lady teller helped me, who in the past was always pleasant but yesterday I was absolutely god smacked of how she wasn't willing to help me, told me she couldn't, wouldn't help me that everyone was busy with appts. Tells me to call and verify a cashiers check on my own? WTH good is that to me??? I walk back in and say yea they say it's all good. Her snapping at me shocked me for one, her lack of care or willing to help me or guide me was just shocking. I had to have my daughter take me all the way to Walnut Creek because I have been ill and couldn't drive to cash my cashiers check yes cashiers check. I don't know what of all this bugs me most, her attitude snapping at me, telling ME to call on my own to verify it (again what good would that do?) LOL or that sick, I had to get driven far away. Thanks for the no help I actually think this episode is going to make me change plus the fact my Bank of America card was compromised as well and that was another nightmare thanks Bank of America. Also this branch ALWAYS has long lines with usually only 2 tellers HIRE MORE TELLERS for your 4 windows for gods sake

This branch is the worst! They have their customers waiting in the parking in the middle of cars driving back and fourth and cars parking and leaving. There has already been two instances where people almost got hit by a car! They Always only have one or two tellers working! Why? Some of the employees are so rude they told me to use the ATM to deposit money! If I don't want to use the ATM I do not have to. That's why I bank for them to do their job. Don't even get me started on the branch manager who on several occasions I have seen him be very rude and obnoxious to customers! Bank Of America get someone from corporate down here ASAP and have them shadow this place and I guarantee you that customers will not be waiting 30 mins in line. Hire more cashiers! Get a new branch manager! Get new employees who love their jobs! This is nothing new. All this has been happening since before Covid! So don't think that is why this is going on.

the financial advisor-Rolando see me right on my scheduled time, he's very professional knowledgeable & friendly, store manager were super, the counter teller-Nora was nice & professional, a wonderful experiences with Brentwood BOA branches.

Never went inside. I use the drive thru ATM to get cash out and half the time one of them either isn't working or doesn't have cash. Not to mention the geniuses that take 5-10 minutes for a transaction that they have to get out of their car to do.. at the drive thru.. so factor that in and I'm waiting 15-20 minutes only to find out I can't even get cash out. No signs up, warnings or nothing. It's happened enough times now that it's just stupid. I hate this town so much

So many people make a point of writing negative reviews about BofA. I have had excellent service from polite employees as the rule at this branch and others for many years. They have gone the extra mile many times.

This was the worst experience I have ever had as a professional on the front lines. Are these tellers trained in customer service? Please don't go to this bank if you are African American you are treated like s*** I don't have the energy for all the racism that exists in Brentwood CA...

Wow this bank has the most horrible and rude tellers.i don't usually go inside the bank,I rather do everything through atm but I have to deposit cash. This female teller was unfriendly as hell,I said hello first and she nods her head...while she was doing my transaction she was also chitchatting with her coworker who was sitting right next to her. I don't have all day to wait for you. Rude fat female dog!

Unfortunately it is impossible to give less than 1 star. For the 2nd time in a week I have tried to do business here, only to wait 45 minutes for service. The bank manager should be fired for the lack of customer service, poor business plan, and unacceptable wait times.
