None bofa customer. Took money out of their atm and went inside to the teller line to exchange the money for smaller bills. Banker said I can’t exchange the money because I don’t have an account with bofa. Told him I just took money out of your atm. He said the atm is different system. So basically I was denied to exchange money. No wonder their rating is low.

I tried calling to make an appointment for an hour and a half and not one pick up of the phone. Horrible customer service!

The staff lacked knowledge in regards to several banking services. It was very frustrating and a complete waste of time to visit this location. I have made several failed attempts to contact a corporate office or employee that can assist with my issue.

This is the bank for you if you have lots of time on your hands! The tellers will greet you, mostly. A couple occasions the teller offered no greeting and made me feel like she was doing me a personal favor...gee thanks. If you have a question and think you can call the branch--good luck! Prepare to spend a couple hours in the lobby sitting around people watching if you need to see a banker person without an appointment. Otherwise, I think most are trying to do their job. I haven't switched banks because I dont want to go through the hassle of opening new accounts at another branch...just the thought gives me anxiety? Thankfully, my accounts are always correct...no complaints there?

Their customer service is horrible. I came here few months ago to start a new account for my son. Because of Covid they told me I needed to schedule appointment. That I completely understood as time went on I was able to schedule an appointment. I get to a waiting area there they told me that I needed requirements ID and SS card which we didn't have. I told him I was frustrated because we weren't told him this before when we came in person and I have no to come back again. His excuse was that I should've known when I scheduled the appointment online. There was NO mentioning of any requirements online.ALSO he didn't mention anything that I didn't reschedule luckily Ronald still came and saw us. That man, Chester BRANCH MANAGER, just wanted to argue.Kept saying "you should've known" and "I'm just telling you".DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK...EVER.

I have been banking for last 15 years . Also a business account with them . There are enough tellers here but they don’t want to do the job . Very slow. Waist of time for business owners and busy moms . Appointment staff always on vacations . Don’t see the manager often . No person to help out people who have deposits and want to skip the line . Time to change banks ! Not worth the time .

SCAM ALERT! BEWARE! AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS! Ever since my family moved and has been using this specific branch, our bank account have been hacked TWICE! Once was a direct deposit at midnight, and by 9am the next morning, our entire account was depleted from THIS LOCATION! Went inside to complain and of course there were 5 other people in line for the exact same thing! It has to be AN INSIDE JOB! SOME SHADY SKETCHY EMPLOYEES THATS FOR SURE!

This has got to be the worst BofA that I have ever come across. They have 2 ATMs inside. and 1 of them wasn't working. The line for that 1 working ATM was super long...but, it was shorter than the line for a teller though. After standing in line for about 20 min and 1 person ahead of me left, that ATM gets an error message, and now this one was down as well. We were all pretty upset, and not a teller gave a hoot. There are 2 ATMs outside, so I hopped into my vehicle and got in line, and it was surprisingly moving really quick...that's because that ATM WAS ALSO NOT FUNCTIONING. That left 1 drive-up ATM and the line for it was ridiculous. I ended up just leaving. What a waste of my time. Avoid this bank like the plague.

All I have to say is that the workers at this bank of American in Brentwood are rude as a costumer I never like going inside the bank for any help because all of my experiences it’s terrible these workers at the front desk are always so rude and bitter.

This is the worst branch. It is always busy on Saturdays with almost 1 hour wait. It is very difficult to speak to a banker. Also, the bankers are not too helpful.
