Opened my account a year ago, just closed it , hard to see a banker, not a real friendly atmosphere. Had plenty of of money in two separate accounts and refused to honor a check , that was the straw that broke the relationship. Moving on

BMO is losing my business. From locking me out of my business account, holding deposits for up to 72 hours (the CSA told me that was due to amounts over 5k. When asked why BMO is holding a 2.5k deposit in another account, the CSA hung up on me) to requiring verification EVERY time I log into any of my accounts on devices used before. Their customer service is woefully pathetic. Good bye and good riddance.

Iman malek asghar is very rude and acts likes its a burden to do her job. Avoid that clerk if possible, the whole bank seems to be in a bad mood.

I have checking/savings/loan with BOW since 2017.I recently sold my business and I had a few questions regarding check deposit. "Linda" was nice in the beginning but she changed her attitude as soon as she found out that my business account wasn't associated with BOW. Yes, it's my mistake - I got confused and called the wrong branch but hey, I am still your customer! You could've been nice all the way. I wasn't expecting you to answer my questions but you didn't have to be RUDE about it. Also, one time my check got stuck in their ATM machine and all 3 people from that branch gave me conflicting answers. One of em was very rude over the phone. I would say this place doesn't care about their customers period. I've been lazy to move to a different bank but I am determined to do so by today's incident.Be willing to help and listen!

Customer Service reps will put you on hold and then ditch your call, leaving you back in the hours long queue. A rep abandoned our call today after learning that Bank of The West, without telling us, switched a time-sensitive electronic payment to a paper check to Best Buy Card Services. This was an automated (on the Bank's side) payment that is usually $100, but we increased it to about $770. The payment is now past the due date and this check did not arrive. We did not authorize and were unaware of this change. We trusted Bank of the Worst to make the payment electronically as expected. This will result in a $500 interest fee. The 1st rep tried to place the cause of the switch to paper check on the vendor. The vendor has no awareness of the transaction, and it was not an extreme amount - $777. He abandoned the call. The next rep said there is no way to identify who the rep is or to file a complaint. So the reps have zero accountability. Shouldn't there be tracking of representatives accessing customer accounts? How are they anonymous? How is this safe? This is not reliable Customer Service. We are now on hold again for the 2nd rep, while she "researches" the issue. Will Bank of The Worst rep #2 ditch us too? We've already moved the majority of our funds from Bank of The Worst for similar poor, unexpected and unreliable service. I strongly recommend not using Bank of the Worst for online payments.

Haven't been here for couple years Recently went in, services was good, everyone are cool here, my teller Maria S. Was very Professional, friendly and helpful. Nice banking experience. Yes I recommended.

Love the staff, manager. Its nice see that Lori, the manager, has been with the bank for so many years, friendly and knows her customers. Its a great feeling to walk in and to be called by your first name.

giving 5 stars to this branch, my calls was always answered by a real person, my visits was scheduled, i was welcomed by Jolynne right after I walked in, she's super professional friendly & nice too, during this visit, i saw people in & out,They all seems has a pretty good relations with the bank, my experiences yesterday with bank of the West-Brentwood location was awesome.
