Jan at the front desk on my visit was very charming and wonderful getting my family and I a room for the night. It was a last minute decision, also nearby Hyatt express was over charging and less charming.

Staff was amazing. Place is clean. I had a hiccup on my room but all was well. Breakfast is good. The ONLY thing I'd suggest is a new mattress. Everything else seems its been renovated.
