Staff is very, very helpful. The store is very tidy and the stock changes over frequently so there's always something new. They even helped me get a piece I wanted that online, they said the store had in stock but it turns out the store never carried it. The staff immediately placed the order for me, no charge as long as I picked up in store. Today I was able to use the coupons they gave me the previous time I was there plus the "cash" I'd earned and my $170 purchase came down to $75!!! Awesome. And I had only purchased a couple items there before and still earned those benefits. This one is so much better than the one in Sunvalley Mall which is small and cramped and always full of obnoxious teenagers not buying anything and over worked staff. Definitely go to the one in Streets of Brentwood.

A wonderful sale person named Travis helped me with my purchase of a Star Wars purse and even found the matching wallet during my Christmas shopping. I loved what I purchased, until I used it. I was so happy with the look, but using it just wasn't working with the claps or over the shoulder. When I went back to return my items for a refund or trade, I was helped again by Travis. Travis helped me find a perfect replacement purse and even found the matching wallet as well once again. Good customer service is hard to find these day. I will definitely be going back to the BoxLunch in the Streets of Brentwood in the future. Thank you for once again giving me a 5 Star experience Travis!!!

I had a very unsettling interaction here with a tall white guy with glasses who insisted that I cut in front of people in line. He quickly dismissed me. Twist in the plot, the people that I supposedly cut in front of said that I didn't cut in front of them and they said that I could go first. I couldn't let him check me out at the register after he was so rude and wrong! I'm thankful that the lady with dark hair and glasses helped me make my purchase non-discriminately. She gets the stars.

Very warmth atmosphere, associates were very nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Rosario was very nice and have big smile on her face, she showed us the good deals and definitely knows what she’s doing. She is very professional and knowledgeable of the products. If I may say I recommend this place to shop, perhaps one of the great store in Brentwood.

Store Manager Juan and Sales Associate Mario are always so helpful. This is a great location. Love how they have a decent amount of clearance items. I love their membership program. I will comeback here for sure. Employees are spot on when it comes to customer service. Fitting room is clean. As well as the sales floor.

I highly reccomend paying close attention to the clerk when checking out at this location. Something fishy is going on. My husband and I went shopping at this store earlier today. The guy checking us out repeatedly scanned the same Pop Funko, charging us for the same item three times. When my husband called the clerk on it, he denied scanning it three times and claimed he "accidentally" scanned it two times, but we had seen it show up three times on the small screen on the customer side of the counter. Right when my husband called him on it, the first scan miraculously vanished from the screen, via a few taps on the computer on the clerk's side of the counter.I suspect this guy is involved in a reselling scam. It isn't uncommon in shops that sell collectables. Clerks will double or triple scan items on a customer's order, usually large orders like ours. They'll purposely scan things chaoticly - dumping everything into a large pile on the counter and purposely not sorting out the things that were already scanned, to try and confuse the customer. The clerk today did exactly that.In reselling scams, the clerk will then take the items they scanned multiples of, usually after hours. It won't show up as a loss/theft in the company's system, because the unsuspecting customers already paid for it. The clerk/scammer then turns around and sells the item on EBay for a profit.Yes, we aren't 100% sure that's what happened today, but the fact the guy wasn't separating the scanned items from the unscanned ones and kept rescanning the exact same item, then lied about how many times he scanned it, sends up definite red flags. My husband has also been a retail manager for many, many years. He's seen it all. He said he was pretty sure the guy was trying to scam us.So, just to be on the safe side - if you shop at this location, watch the clerk like a hawk and double check your receipts before leaving the store.

Buyers beware of being overcharged! I'm going to be keeping a very close eye on the employees while being checked out at this location from now on. My husband and I were just at this location buying stuff for our kids' Easter baskets. One of the items we bought was a Pop Funko. It was one of the first items the guy scanned (didn't get a name, but he had dark, shoulder length hair). He scanned a few more items, then scanned the Pop again. He then scanned one more item, then scanned the very same Pop for a third time. Both my husband and I saw this happen, but my husband said something first. The guy claimed it was an accident and that he only scanned it twice, but the small screen on the customer side of the counter showed us that it had been scanned for the first time at the top of the order, but as my husband said something, the first scan magically disappeared, as if the guy had deleted it on the computer on his side of the counter. I guess it could have been an accident, but the fact that it was always the same item and that the guy lied about how many times he scanned it seems a bit fishy to me. I also read two other reviews where people mentioned being overcharged at this store. So, word to the wise, watch the clerk like a hawk when checking out and double check your receipts.

First of all the store is the biggest of course they have the largest amount of square foot of any store, box lunch that we have seen. They make them able to put so much stuff. Just about every single bag that you see online is here. Make sure you check it out. Call Saul go to the back of the store and see the clearance there is a plethora of stuff here to

This place has really nice items, but what ruins it is the level of service from the male worker with the beanie on Sunday afternoon. He seems to be the shift supervisor the way he bosses around the two female gals who were very helpful on telling us about the deals. The male worker was giving me attitude on getting a price check. First he calculated it incorrectly and when I checked him on it, he was like "i was doing it in my head." Definitely not coming back to this place. Dude acts like he owns the place.
