As part of the largest retailer-owned hardware cooperative, the store is committed to being the "Helpful Place" for the community. Customers praise the store's excellent service, with one reviewer highlighting the exceptional help from an employee named Gabe who assisted in repairing a front door lock. The store is also known for carrying a top selection of Traeger and Weber barbecue grills, as well as a wide range of hand and power tools, rental equipment, work clothing, yard maintenance equipment, garden supplies, and patio furniture. One customer specifically mentioned the store's stocked supply of Fox Farm Ocean Blend soil, though they recommended keeping it out of the heat and sun. Another reviewer was pleased to find the "LEVITON grounded plug-in switch" they were looking for, though they were disappointed that the new switch lacked the UL Listed sign.
