“This store is hands down one of the best family owned businesses in Brentwood. They have everything you could need for kids and teens! There is always something for me to get when I walk in there they have a great supply of clothing and shoes as well as toys and miscellaneous items as well. When I was expecting my two month old I went in there and was able to get my pack n play and everything I needed for her in addition to clothes for my four year old twins! They are super easy on the wallet as well you can't beat their pricing and even though clothing is used it still looks new! Multiple times I have spoken to the girls in the store and they've either stayed open later for me to pick something up, put something aside for me, or let me walk in right at closing and browse the store as long as I wanted because they understood I had to wait for my husband to get off work, I'd call that superb customer service! I highly recommend Begin Agains 4 kids to everyone.”

I had an order that I missed the deadline for and I called as soon as they open, to see my chances of rebuying the items. Daniela was so sweet she held on to my order and helped me repurchase it. “My daughter had been looking forward to taking a remarkable birthday portrait with her son and brother, so we decided to visit JC Penney to make it happen. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Liz, who made us feel right at home. She took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences and provided helpful suggestions throughout the session, which made all the difference in creating a truly memorable experience. Despite Liz's best efforts, my little grandson was in a bit of a mood and seemed unwilling to cooperate. He stubbornly refused to smile for the camera, much to our disappointment. However, Liz was undeterred and captured a few candid shots that were simply priceless. Her patience and perseverance paid off, and we ended up with a beautiful portrait that we will cherish for years. Overall, it was a fantastic experience; we couldn't have been happier with the results. We will be coming back for the following photos.”
