Plus, since following them on socials, I saw they had $5/bag for 10+ items at the end of summer? Great time to stock up on items that you know you'll get use of in spring, since it's warm 9 out of the 12 months here!! Follow them on Facebook for those kind of specials. The owner often posts offers to "shop" for your kids/the size you need, and you can claim or pass outfits she has in stock, and she'll also answer specific inventory questions when she has time.”

“My daughter had been looking forward to taking a remarkable birthday portrait with her son and brother, so we decided to visit JC Penney to make it happen. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Liz, who made us feel right at home. She took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences and provided helpful suggestions throughout the session, which made all the difference in creating a truly memorable experience. Despite Liz's best efforts, my little grandson was in a bit of a mood and seemed unwilling to cooperate. He stubbornly refused to smile for the camera, much to our disappointment. However, Liz was undeterred and captured a few candid shots that were simply priceless. Her patience and perseverance paid off, and we ended up with a beautiful portrait that we will cherish for years.
