This is not about a physical location of Citibank. It is online banking. My accounts were locked today. I was on the phone with Citibank for three hours and the conclusion was that there was nothing the technical team could do to provide me access. They told me to go to a Branch. I don't think a Branch can provide me access to online banking when there is something going on in the system that is not letting me access my accounts. The technical dept told me that there was nothing blocking my access. They tried to help me re-register, but those attempts were blocked by Citibank.com. Tried the app on my iPhone, Safari on my Mac, Chrome on my Mac and finally Safari on my iPhone as well. Nothing worked and the rep finally told me to go to the Branch. I will go to the Branch tomorrow. Meanwhile, I cannot access any funds I have at Citibank. Luckily I have accounts at other banks, but if I did not....I would not want to even think about it. Horrifying situation. I asked for a ticket # or case # so I could call again later. The rep told me that there was none to provide. I asked her for her manager - she said he was not available to talk on the phone. Does anyone else have a similar experience? Completely locked out of online banking - Phone and browsers.

Worst customer service ever you can get I've seen McDonald's employees with better customer service I have enough money to buy their bank, I've been a customer for over 15 years this is how they treat me. I asked them a simple question where the atm is and they gave attitude it was trouble to them just to show me where the atm was. I came back inside asked if I could withdraw cash with apple pay the lady with blonde hair messed up teeth and the Asian lady gave attitude again rolled their eyes and said no. Never coming back here again. If I was a first time customer based of those 2 I would never open a account with Citibank. I will be in touch with corporate.

This is the worst Citibank branch in the state.....maybe in the whole country! The tellers are extremely unfriendly and rude. Sometimes they pretend to be nice by asking stupid insincere questions (like "How's your day going?" as if they really care) it comes off as phony and rehearsed. It's obvious that they are only doing it because someone told them that's what they need to do. They are slower than molasses in January. Stop asking me d*** questions! Just shut up and pay attention to your job so that I can get the H*** out of here! It seems like every time I go in, they have another new arbitrary policy. I feel like they are making stuff up as they go along. One teller will frequently contradict what another teller has previously said. I've been told that certain transactions can only be done at their ATM's! Really! What's the point in having tellers if they are trying to push you to use their ATM? What can an ATM do that a human can not? I guess they hate their jobs so much they are begging to be replaced by a machine. It's just as well - they act like unemotional, disinterested machines anyway. I wouldn't hire any of them to sweep my floors.

It's my main bank not sure why or how i went with Citi but It's better then keeping my money under my bed mattress i guess. There current saving % is a joke. I just use them to store my money and pay my bills but the people who work here are pretty nice. I always feel like a baller when I go here to take out cash. I bought my last car cash and felt rich. Then super poor after i spent all of my money on a car. The Staff is pretty nice and they don't work super fast as it's a bank they are nice enough. The location is a bit on the ghetto side and you have to come into the parking lot. They have huge bullet proof glass at the front. I don't think this bank will get robbed anytime soon. They have a ATM outside and I mostly use this. There hours are also not very good so make sure you only need to use the ATM It's Fine it's CITI

This Citibank 2019 probably be the worst bank of one in the United States... If you ever hear a rumor from internet about this 24 hours ATM service, advised everyone I don't recommend you to apply this crappy bank. I did called Citibank through the service assistance had hard time with me and struggling to understand someone's strong accent voice that person must be from another country then asked him few times, please can you try explain me clearly questions but they hung up. I assume Citibank service to give up serving me without reason. In otherwise, these clerks are super unprofessional, no surprise. They always love to give me misinformation inaccurate in the Citibank policy rules.. also give me temporary debit card with no pin-code 3 digits. I was thought like "Seriously!? Is this some of a joke? Why does Citibank remove the pin-code?" The supervisor keeps interrupted the conversation to talking so loud for need helps.. frequently. Real Debit Card letter taking so loooong time it almost took three weeks to delivery at my house. I think I will cancel his Citibank account because there only Citibank website be designated to high security level ridiculous and poor quality background. I mostly hate that 24 hrs ATM tooo far away from small parking the back of full cars rarely block in our way. Branch is bad reputation... lame! I see nothing comparison other different banks would not be same this worst one. So funny how everyone constantly post negative reviews about the Citibank because they're very angry displeasing at Citibank service who refused to accept deposit check or Citibank bad service.. I wish I should more researching everything before apply this to open up the new account.

Professional staff. Quick service. I wanted to preterminate my time deposit and the teller and the accounts rep helped without a fuss.
