Rude Customer Service and I asked for a specific shoe size and the lady told me she gonna check the back and she never came back after 30 minutes to tell me they didn't have it in my size very bad it does not take that long to look for a shoe the longest a store takes to look for an item is 5 minutes won't recommend this store DSW the worse store by far

Typical discount shoe store, however, staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Grandson was lucky to find work shoes, in his size, within 10 minutes of searching.
