This was our second time using this location to rent our vehicle from. Even though I felt that the lady that assisted us when we picked up the car could have been a little bit more friendly on the customer service side of things. Overall, the experience was good. We were upgraded on our rental due to receiving a less of a wait time for our rental to be reduced, it seemed to have been a car that the location used for their shuttle, it was fairly clean except for the front and one rear carpet and the TPMS light being on at presentation. But all in all the vehicle served us very well for our vacation. I've been a customer for years with the company in general. This locations parking lot is shared with a couple of mechanical shops so it does fill up fairly quickly. This is also a smaller branch but for the two times I've used it, it has been good. Thank you Griffin for reestablishing our Custer experience during the return of the rental.

This particular location is awful. I rented a vehicle and the staff at this location not the entire staff just the two I have encountered is more interested in making smart ass comments then to actual research the situation and be helpful. I did not receive my deposit back and then person I spoke with tried to tell me I could not cancel the waiver/liability over the phone, which this is what I did. On 11/16/2023 and around 11/27/2023 when manager called and told me that I had balance, but explained that I canceled the waiver/liability and did not want that add on. I spoke with a person named lance the first time and he reversed the liability waiver and griffin the second time. Both were done over the phone. Griffin the manger was nice and the original person who helped me, however lance and the other staff I spoke with today not very helpful and is more interested in making smart ass remarks while pretending to want to provide actual customer service. If your not wanting to actually provide customer service and are more interested and making smart comments, then you should find another job that does not have to engage with people.

We made a reservation weeks in advance to only get a call 1 1/2 days prior to our pickup to inform us they couldn't get the car. On top of that didn't even make an attempt to get another vehicle from another location. Lack of coordinating at its finest. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened .

We booked a car with a car seat (for our 4mo) for 1 day. I hadn’t heard anything from the rental company so I called on the day to confirm, and they told me then (2 hrs before I was due to pick up) that they didn’t have any car seats but that I could go buy one and bring it (sort of defeating the purpose there..). When I arrived, I waited more than 1.5 hrs to get the car and as I was paying I saw they were still trying to charge me for the car seat. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
