Absolutely ridiculous pricing. 20¢ per page to make copies is fine, seems to be the going rate (self service) but 55¢ per page for self service to scan to your own USB Drive is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Do yourself a favor and just head over to the UPS or Postal Annex. Save time and at least HALF the cost. I spent the course of 5 attempts by staff to send a simple fax. NOT only this but my total would have been $30 as opposed to the $13 I spent to fax the same file in one go elsewhere. I'm glad I left when I did.

My mother just wanted to print something, and instead they put her to the PC. They have sophisticated machines where you just email your document to print. Ridiculous.

Get experience at this location. I was immediately greeted and helped by Rico, who was extremely helpful and had great customer service. They made my process easy and stress free.

This isn't for the location itself but Fedex as a whole company! I sent out a package, with signature and insurance, to be shipped via 3 day shipping from California to Oklahoma. Unfortunately, it had some important documents and a check inside. The package kept saying it was "delayed". I sent it out 11/3/22 (plus the weekend) it was due at the destination 11/8/22. It arrived into a Oklahoma shipping center 11/5 but was delayed until 11/21 where it was marked "in transit". We received a door tag at the door 11/25 and checked the tracking number and it was a whole different package from another state! AND IT WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR! Needless to say, it wasn't. Now Fedex is saying that the package was not deliverable (ridiculous, we've received packages here before) and the package is held at their research team until we create an online account and pay for the return shipment?!?! How does that make sense?! You guys messed up, couldn't deliver, and now is making me pay for your mistake? I highly doubt my documents and check is still there. Everything was super fishy. I will not trust Fedex with my packages ever again!

Had emailed a file to print on foam board 18"x26" and the print was done the next day. The cost was $40 and was done on time.

The service at this FedEx is always so bad. The employees are always talking to each other about irrelevant things while clients need assistance and the employee named Diana was super rude.

I entered FedEx and spoke to one salesperson. I described what print job I needed, which was a posterboard 15 x 15 for the first day of school for my daughter. He instructed me to email the image to
[email protected] and wait for a code to allow printing access. Once I retrieved the code, he instructed me to wait back in line for assistant manager Sheila to assist me with the print job. Sheila instructed me to resend the image because it was too small, and I did so, and we were able to get the right size, 15 x 15. I was in the store for a total of 30 minutes, and no one told me while standing there I would not be able to get my sign printed the same day, which I've never had a problem with in the past at any other location but this one. Once I was told I could not print the sign, I said something to assistant manager Sheila saying that nobody instructed that I would not be able to get the poster printed today and told her that I specifically asked to have the poster printed today. She responded, "I would have to come back tomorrow because she had too many projects she was already working on." This is super unprofessional and had never happened to me before. I do So many of my print jobs with FedEx, and I will no longer be returning. The assistant manager, Shelia, assisted a woman before me and did a same-day print job. I made mention of that, and this is what a supposed to happen when customers are in the store. It would help if you serviced them first or let them know upon arrival, so time is not wasted due to a lack of communication and professionalism. It was completely uncalled for, as she stated, "she had too many other projects she needed to compete and would have to stop to work on my project so I needed to come back tomrrow." No, thank you. I will not be returning, and I wouldn't want anyone representing my brand or my company in that manner. Straight trash. You just lost a gem, thanks! KeAna Elzie remembers that name.

I only use FedEx print shop for their self serve printing. The printers are reliable & fast at printing copies. My only complaint is FedEx gets busy & the wait time for printers to become free can be long, 10-15 minutes. I'm impatient. But it's the only place to go besides UPS Store, which I find "Meh." FedEx all the way.

Jojo, is just Amazing. She took time to help me in every step of the way. To be honest, I was completely clueless. Her costumer skills is just off the charts. SHE ROCKS...THANK YOU SO MUCH JOJO.

I came in earlier this week to ship a package. The lady at the counter, Jojo, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes when I asked her how much it would cost to ship my package. She would also gossip about her colleagues and customers at the desk. Unprofessional and will not be coming back to Fedex. I will tell my friends and family not to come to this FedEx either due to the horrible service

They tell us the only way to fax 65 pages is to go to self serve. Which we do. But the machines are set to a maximum of $80 "for our safety" (more like theirs) then he tells us there is nothing he can do to help. A supervisor later tells us he just told the same guy that they could do it. Meanwhile, some guy is taking pictures of a ladies behind and posting then walks out without any services.

This review is more of the FedEx company than this location. In April of 2021, I shipped a stereo receiver from this Brentwood office to Florida. It was sold on eBay, and I confirmed the shipping address by the buyer's information and Google Earth. For $54.35 it was sent, and the Florida FedEx driver failed to deliver it. On the phone with FedEx, but they refused a second attempt. Sent Google Earth photos of the address, one with a FedEx truck in front, but they still refused delivery. Filed a claim with FedEx... no soup for you! Lost fees to eBay, and after several hours/days on the phone, still out over $120 bucks. Returned damaged. BS!
